Do not order from this company! They just take your money and don't send the product. They don't answer your phone calls or emails. You will just be out the money.

Very unhappy customer!!!Purchased a printer in October 2022 and am yet to receive it. The customer service is appalling. They have not replied to my emails. I have requested a refund numerous times and I just get ignored.

I purchased an EKG machine in January. When it still had not arrived in March, I cancelled my order. It has now been 3 weeks and I cannot get reimbursed the $1500 I spent on the machine. I have been promised a refund by someone named Walter, but he is stalling. I would be careful about a business that takes your money for a product they don’t actually have and then takes weeks to refund it. This is a shame because they used to have good custom service. I plan to share my story and make sure no one else ends up in this situation.
