I'm new to the area. My Cat is ill, wanted to make an appointment for the Vet to see her. Because I'm new we have to wait a month before I can get her in to be checked. I'm sure the service is below standards. Don't bring your loved one to this place. PDK

Straight forward.. communication is on point!!!!?understanding thoughtful, patient, and they take their time with our babies. And their follow up is just as important to us as it is to them. Honestly I called them looking for a new vet mine was never available and I just needed to find a new one . Skeptical of course nervous.oh hell yeah ? half way through the visit I knew that I made the right choice and found Riley roo roos new vet. Their personalities are so easy going helps with easing our stress and the animals definitely feel the comfort also. Thanks for caring.?

This place is filled with animal lovers!! From The receptionists to the vet and everyone in between they really have the best interest for your pet at heart. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. The facility is clean and neat. And there is little to no wait to be seen by the vet (which is a huge pro ?)
My only con is that they are a bit rigid with the policies ie: if you dog hasn’t been seen there in less than a year you can not get the heart guard or tick prevention prescriptions

It's not often you find a Veternary office and Dr that treat your loved one so well that they can't wait to go there. My sweetheart drags me in there smiling the whole way. She loves everyone there and it shows how much they love her too.

Excellent veterinary services. Positive service, professional service, kind service. I highly recommend this Veterinarian Hospital, Beacon Valley Animal Hospital. I've taken at least 5 of the dogs that I have had in my life from puppyhood until end of life. Super kind and gentle people that go above and beyond my expectations.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! AWFUL! I have an 11 year old dog that I raised since he was 7weeks old. We Ravenel moved here and I am so getting established. He had gotten bad allergies that affected his ears. I called Beacon Valley Animal Hospital last week and they were able to get me an appt for today which isy very quick. I was so appreciative of them. I ended up taking him to the VCA because his ear got badly infected but i kept the appt with Beacon for a follow up. They did call to confirm to confirm the appt yesterday. I had a very busy day at work plus I have my toddler home with me so needless to say I was very stressed and completely forgot about his 4:15 appt today. I called them at 4:30 very apologetic and told them the truth that I forgot the day slipped away and I was so overwhelmed doing 2 full time jobs. They told me they won't ever see me again because I didn't give them the courtesy of calling to cancel or reschedule and I was a new customer and that was their policy. I told them I didn't do it viciously that I had so much going on at home I completely forgot. They didn't let me speak with the owner or the office manager. They kept giving me a script about how I wasn't an established customer and I didn't call. I literally called 15 min after my appt apologizing. It's the worse type of customer service I've ever experienced. I never missed an appt with my dog and I had his records sent over to get established and the said, "you haven't brought to the very since 2020" I told them not only was his original vet 45 min from me but I just moved to the valley last year and had a baby. I am so bothered by them and don't recommend anyone go there. I'm sure they do good work but this was an awful experience I had with them from the jump. I know they're busy and I don't like wasting anyone's time but them telling me stuff like that really hurt me because my dog needed to be seen to check on his progress and it seemed like they only cared about sticking it to me and not caring about my dog

Brian Laubstien is an uncaring heartless doctor who treated my 15 yr old Brittany spaniel as if her life was worthless. I had been going to beacon valley for many years but only had my dog seen by Dr Patricia Burke who is phenomenal. My poor dog suffered from Cushings disease and diabetes for the last six years of her life. She required twice daily pill medication as well as insulin twice a day to survive. Just recently i called the office to pick up a refill of her cushings disease pill and found out that dr Burke had left the practice and when the staff asked him for her refill he refused to give it until I brought her in for bloodwork. I had long conversations with Dr Burke about how much treatment and intervention my family was willing to put our elderly dog through and she completely agreed and understood that we wanted no more routine physicals, bloodwork or vaccinations. My dog was ravaged by these two diseases, she was completely blind from cataracts from the diabetes, she lost her hearing, she was very arthritic and unable to care for her daily needs. On top of that she had daily horrible bouts of anxiety and shortness of breath for which Dr Burke gave her a pill also. I was unable to get my dog in and out of the car and her anxiety went through the roof when she was taken away from home due to the blindness and deafness. All I wanted was my dog's life saving medicine but this man refused to work with me or even get on the phone to discuss it with me. I was forced to get my dogs medication overseas because he would not prescribe it. There comes a time in a dogs life when visits to the vet for bloodwork are not only not possible, but make no sense and actually stress them out horribly. I just wanted to keep her as comfortable as possible for the time she had left. Dr Burke understood this. Unfortunately my dog passed away a few weeks later after an unrelated incident that did not kill her, but on top of everything else she was enduring, caused us to decide she had been through enough and she was put to sleep. This doctor would have let my poor dog collapse and die by not giving me her medication, so he could get his damn bloodwork. For me it was an unconscionable, unforgivable act on his part to treat my elderly very ill dog like this in her waning weeks or months of life. In the end all this man wants is to drain you of as much money as he can for as long as he can. I'm so upset Dr Burke left the practice because she and the staff were very good to us and our animals and I really wanted Dr Burke to be with us till the very end. If you want a compassionate caring vet that will do right by your dog till the end of its life, don't go to this man. I have another Brittany who is almost two years old. She will not be going to beacon valley. She will be going to another practice to a highly recommended vet who I pray will care deeply for her until the end of her life and also work with us in making important decisions as she ages

We took our dogs here for many years. We ended up leaving the practice bc every visit just felt cold and judgmental. They would suggest costly procedures such as thousands of dollars worth of dental work, and if you didn't agree then the appointment would turn into a very cold and awkward room.

I have been bringing my pets to Beacon Valley Animal Hospital for over 28 years. They helped me celebrate happy times and some of the saddest days of my life. All with compassion and professionalism. I know that they always have the best intentions and interest for my 4 legged family members. Thank you for all you do.
