What a negative experience this has been!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They clearly know the cars they sell have issues and want to charge you when you point out the repairs needed!!!

I find the sales team at AAA Auto Wholesalers to be fantastic. I have to be honest, I went to them in search of a car for my commute to and from work after an unfortunate string of events occurred in my personal life financially. I Have to say that even though I have abysmal finances currently, Jay and David worked diligently to get me a lender to work for me. Truthfully because of my credit I was not able to get the best terms for my situation but I am thankful that I got the best outcome possible... I was able to secure financing and purchase a car to assist me in rebuilding myself. If you want a team that will give it to you straight and not mislead you, I have to recommend the team at AAA Auto Wholesalers. They are quality professionals who are in control of their business but you have to keep in mind that you (as an individual) are in control of your finances which dictate the outcome.

TL;DR: Don't waste your time. Prices may be lower than competitors but that's for a reason, quality and customer service.I try to take low rated reviews with a grain of salt most of the time, as I did here, but had I taken them more seriously I could have saved myself the hassle. Went in to look at several cars, of which all had noticeable damage, ranging from front bumpers being askew due to accidents to pieces missing from side mirrors and chunks of wheel well paneling missing. While I understand a used car is not going to be perfect I was taken aback by some of the issues I came across. When I asked to look closer at a car I was given a post it with rough numbers and told I could only take a test drive if I agreed right then to those numbers. Red flag #1. I decided to look past what I hoped were mostly cosmetic issues on one car and decided to have it checked out by my mechanic. They have a 10 minute policy regarding where they will bring the car to be looked at which I found odd since I've been to dealerships where they allow you to sign the car out as a loaner for an extended period and take it yourself. An appointment was made and missed, the car ended up being brought to the mechanic almost 5 hours late for the appointment which is absurd especially considering nobody reached out to let us know. Red flag #2. Made an appointment for the following day to discuss numbers since I had some concerns about expensive repairs that the car would require. When I showed up for the appointment nobody was ready to speak with me and I ended up waiting over a half hour and then left. Red flag #3. Both times I asked for a breakdown of the costs for the car I was given some estimated round numbers on a post it. If I'm asking for hard numbers I expect to see dollars and cents and a proper breakdown not scribbles on a post it. Red flag #4. I was told that if I left my info someone would reach out to discuss my concerns and get numbers nailed down, never recieved a call or email. Red flag #5.

I saw a lot of negative comments about people saying they want you to put a $1000 deposit before you can test drive a car! That is not true at all, well at least for my case, as soon as I got there I was greeted by the owner and I told him I was interested in a car and the first thing he said was “sure, would u like to test drive it”! No deposit or nothing! They were all very friendly. After I bought the car, I got a check engine light so I went back to him to tell him about it and he said he will fix it and he will give me a call when to drop off the car! He did fix it and it was just a sensor on the car so it was an easy fix, I never had any other problems with it so far. However the only thing that I did not like was that he didn’t call me to tell me to bring my car to fix it! Since I only live 10 min away from the dealership, I just drove there after work and so he was kind of forced to take the car. So if anyone lives far away from this place, try to be careful about what car you buy as that’s the only negative I experienced from AAA! I also saw some reviews with people having that kind of trouble with phone calls! I bought a 2006 Acura TSX, so sometimes it just depends on what kind of car you get, some might have more problems than others and you can’t really blame the dealerships for that but as long as they fix it for you, they’re a good dealership in my eyes! One last thing, the owner said if I have any other problem with the car to just bring it to him and he will fix it so that made me feel better about the place, unlike some places that once u buy a car, they want nothing to do with you! Overall I give this experience a 9.4/10 and price wise 9.6/10!

I will never again go to the unprofessional people at this dealership. I called about a car the day before and the owner said "Yes its available".I spent $40.00 for a Uber because i wanted to buy this car and once there i asked the owner if i can test drive the car and he said "No it has a broken line and the muffler pipe is missing" Well why didn't the jerk of an owner tell me this day the day before? So he locks up his business and just left. The owner who's spanish was a complete jerk and i will NEVER buy anything from these morons. Idiotoas!!!

Never never have I went to a dealer that tell you no you you can't test drive a car before buying it. How do you know if like it if you don't drive it. Needs to be a law against that .

I honestly would’ve recommended this place when I first bought my car. I brought my dad with me who, admittedly, doesn’t know much about cars. I noticed that some of the seat belt buckles were rusty and SPECIFICALLY ASKED if this car had any water damage. While they may not have known for sure, the bottom has now rusted out on me and it’ll cost a lot more to repair than it’s worth. I bought this 2010 Nissan Altima less than two years ago for 8k and now i’m out of a car. (I also regularly got my car washed in the winter months). Please bring car savvy friends or have your car fully inspected by your mechanic before purchasing.

Talked over the phone with a guy they seem nice but often times reading reviews gives you a glimpse what this dealer is about. I’m glad we read them we are not moving forward with this place. Whomever is responding back to these bad reviews clearly feels the need to address these issues maybe they have ……..( INSECURITIES)Lol I only spoke on the phone with a gentleman and read reviews but that was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Great service, lots of vehicles to choose from. Unfortunately, once a vehicle was picked out, it turns out it had sold the day prior which was upsetting. Overall, the cars to choose from was a large inventory, with clean cars. I would go back, yes.

My wife Amber and I recently purchased our 2015 Chevy Trax from AAA Auto and we couldn’t be happier with not only the vehicle, but the experience as a whole! They are an awesome family owned car dealer that really made us feel like we could bring home a newer, clean, reliable, ride with piece of mind. Thank you to Abby and Jerry for being so genuine, organized and all around great at what you guys do. We really appreciate it!

This is a very unprofessional place! They made an assumption of me soon as I step on to their property!! Think this assumption was made because the color of my skin!! I am a 23 year old indigenous American male with a 3.8 at Colgate university with a majors in business administration and financial management!Places like this need not to be operating for business it places like this that give used car companies a stain on their name. Hopefully they treat people of all walks of life fairly. See as how I planned to buy the 2011 tundra cash with monies from a recent stock sale!!
