DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE TRASH. OWNER WASTED MY TIME EXPLAINED THAT IF I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY FOR 100 TOW (FROM IN TOWN) THAT HE WOULDNT TAKE ME AS A CLIENT. HE THEN SAID "IF U DON'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE TOW THEN YOU WONT HAVE THE MONEY FOR MORE ISSUE'S THAT COME UP WITH MY VEHICLE LOL. DISRESPECTFUL FOR NO REASON.

This is one of the guys that is in cahoots with the guy who used to own Prospect Automotive. First he was going to install my part for me then turns around and tells me that he can’t do it. We even made an appointment and the day I’m going he was driving away. Just said he was too busy with towing season. That shop is not in business. They don’t have any kind of mechanic or anyone there who can work on cars so please people save your money and go somewhere else. This is a big waste of time also.

Absolutely horrible experience with this place. Awful customer service and some of the rudest customers service and lack of professionalism. Highly recommend no one takes there vehicle here. Every 3 star are less review on here is highly accurate. One of the worst business I have ever dealt with. I never bother posting online reviews but this one is worth warning people about.

If I could give them a 0 star review I would. He threatened to punch me in the face. I waited a month and a half for them to do my transmition and finally when I got it back it would not park, I managed to cut the engine and take a look myself and they never put transmition fluid in my car, so now the transmition they "fixed" is worse than it was when I gave it to them. And as if them breaking my car wasn't bad enough, he is trying to have me give him more money to fix it. This place is a scam. You are better off going anywhere but here. They don't answer phone calls and they don't call back and clearly they do NOT fix cars.

They did great work on my mazda protégé never go to 1175 whalley Ave that place will tear ur car apart and do a lousy job at fixing it and charge alot for poor work At a1 transmissions they did it fast and proper I recommend this place ask for Andy he will do it right at a great price

Whomever is attempting to use Mr. Troisi's name and likeness as a tool to generate future business under false pretenses is hereby asked to cease and desist immediately. Further legal action will be taken towards the individual who is purposely misrepresenting themselves as Mr. Troisi. To Mr. Troisi's past customers, we are sorry to inform you that A.T. I stopped here because my car was leaking and out of transmission fluid. I offered to pay for a little bit of fluid to make it up the hill to my house. Apparently they’re the only transmission shop I’ve ever heard of that does not have transmission fluid on hand. The mechanic told me all the drums in shop were empty. Guy was a complete j**** Don’t take your car here.

The service at A/T transmission is second to none. Although the trans.problem was somewhat minor, Brian and staff took care of it in one day so I did not have to be without a car any longer than was necessary. Brian is a really great guy, soft spoken, who took the stress right out of my panic. He did what had to be done. service is very reasonably priced. They also do minor jobs such as oil change, tire rotation, etc. Being in business for as long as A/T transmission has, says a lot about them. They must be doing something right. Again, thank you Brian and staff for a job well done!
