I was recently up in Mystic, CT with family for the first time. We visited the Una Boutique and I found a Tshirt I wanted to purchase for a gift. They didn’t have the size in stock and special ordered it for me and shipped it to my residence in Pa. free of charge.
I appreciate them going the extra mile. Very friendly staff.

My wife loves this store. She buys something nearly every-time we go there. The employees/owner are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

There was nobody in the store. I walk in alone and the woman is acting normal. Then my 3 friends join me. Immediately the woman laughs at my friends and rolls her eyes and starts following us around. We immediately left. Very unfriendly atomsphere. Will not be returning. Be ready to be judged.

This was the best store in Olde Mistick Village, the prices weren't astronomically expensive, and it was very tasteful. The clothing and jewellery selection was beautiful, and the soap and candles smelled so good! Definitely not a tourist trap. Would definitely visit this store again!

We came in around 3:15pm. When me and my 3 friends walked in, the woman at the register scoffed/laughed and rolled her eyes.She then got up, and followed us around the store while we looked at stuff. It was extremely obvious she thought we were going to steal, while she crossed her arms and watched.And it’s not like she wanted to help- she didn’t say anything or ask if we needed help, she just stared.Not sure if it’s because we’re young adults (18-20), or because we were wearing “alt” clothing, or both. Either way, extremely rude.We were in there probably a total of 2 minutes, we were all very, very uncomfortable. It was only us in the shop, so she was definitely targeting us.Assuming people are going to steal because they’re teenagers or dressed differently, is so bizarre to me.Hopefully she doesn’t do this to everyone who walks in. Very unprofessional and just plain weird.

Wow!!! I was the only one who walked into this store just now.....lady behind desk never acknowledged me....walked around for about 10 minutes & wanted to try in some amazing boots but I couldn't bring myself to even try to buy anything here. A hello or kindness goes a loooong way!! Just me and the help....unbelievable

The Village in Mystic is full of so many shops, but don't bypass this one. It's stocked with great gift items, journals, candles, home décor and cool boho clothing. The whimsical window display drew us in and we found some unique treasures! Check it out!

Unique beautiful clothing. If you're looking for a one of a kind boutique this is the place. Staff is friendly. The items are on the expensive side but really nice quality. Nice handbags too.

I just love this store. They have cute unique clothes, that are comfortable and boho stylish. Also the prices are reasonable, especially for boutique style clothes. One day I'm going to shop here when I'm not time limited.
