My husband & I made the tough decision to downsize & sell our home of 28 years. A lovely 130 year old Victorian that we put our hearts, souls & backs into. It wasn't an easy decision but downsizing & going onto the next chapter seemed the way forward.

I decided to sell my home of the past 30 years and move in with my daughter and son-in-law. I had no idea what housing cost or sold for now, so my son-in-law wanted me to at least talk to the Realtor his family had worked with for awhile. He introduced me to Andrew O'Reilly at Seaport Real Estate Services. I found Andrew to be personable, informative and professional. I liked that he came right out to check on the property and had several good ideas on selling it. It turned out to be a fantastic choice as with his knowledge of the housing market and ability to get the property listed in the right places, I received 19 offers in just 3 days of the listing going live. I got more than twice what I thought I would get for my house. I highly recommend you give Andrew a chance to talk with you if you're selling a house and the same goes for buying one. I was referred to Seaport Real Estate Group by my previous agent. My situation was pretty unique and very ugly from an opportunity perspective. Regardless, Kyle and Dylan from Seaport did not hesitate at the challenge. They almost seemed driven by it which gave me comfort in a time where the outlook of our situation looked grim.The level of support from the team and willingness to help is second to none. There were false starts from potential buyers, meetings with town officials regarding the commercial properties, tons of negotiating and an unbelievable series of events that occurred all throughout the process. Kyle and Dylan did not fade, not even once!They told me in the beginning that they would make it happen and even as I write this I'm in awe that I was fortunate enough to find a team that could. I truly believe, many would have walked away much earlier in the process, this was not your typical sale.Forever grateful for all of your efforts. You guys went above and beyond, thank you!

Andrew O'Reilly was recommended to me from a family friend. I bought and sold a home through him. Military moves are stressful, but Andrew took the home search, purchase, and sell of my home off my plate. He was fantastic to work with.

I cannot recommend Veronica and Lexi at Seaport Real Estate enough. We were looking to sell our first home and previously spoke to another agent from another company who just wasn't on the same page as us. From the moment Lexi and Veronika walked into our home I knew we were in the right hands, they listened to our thoughts, our wants, and our needs. They kept us informed on what the market was doing and came up with a plan that catered to both the market and our goal for the house. They came in on weekends if need be to get additional content for marketing, always stayed in touch, all the people they use and or recommended (I.e. photographer, lawyer ect.) were professional and delivered amazing services. These ladies had our house listed and under contract in a week. I could go on and on about how happy I am that we ended up meeting with Veronika and Lexi, and when the time comes to buy our next home there is no one else I would want to use!
