Pet Sitting & Training

Blue Prints Dog Training
17 Maxson St, MysticBeing a family of 4 with two kids, we knew we needed some help with training after we got our pup, Whiskey. Being a 3-month old puppy at the time, Whiskey was always jumping at the dinner table, and constantly trying to steal the kids things for his own. We contacted Jesse from Blue Prints Dog Training, and she came directly to our home and gave us the best tools and advice we could have! The fact that they are willing to come train in our home, made for the best outcome in training our dog for these certain scenarios where training at a facility just wouldn’t do. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Blue Prints Dog Training services for all of your training needs!

Nana's Mystic
32 Williams Ave, MysticWife and I had a breakfast at Nana's in Mystic. Easy fast friendly service. Their breakfast burrito was delicious! Not your ur usual that is overfilled with hash browns or eggs, it was a perfect mix of each ingredient. The Nana's egg sandwich was very good as well, we liked the sweet of the apple mixed with the savory of the eggs.
Definitely worth the time if you're looking for a quick stop!

The Mariner
21 W Main St, MysticDelicious place for dinner! I kept it classic either clam chowder and a hot lobster roll. I also tried their lager which was very light and refreshing. The clam chowder is award winning and I don't doubt it. They really put the "chowder" in the same. I've never had such a hearty version. I will also say there was more clam in it than I've ever seen before. My lobster roll was delicious. There were very large chunks of lobster on top that could have used butter, but when you got to the middle it was perfect. The bread was amazing and the lobster was so flavorful. We were so full from everything I barely even touched my fries. The few I had were good though. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We had a reservation and were sat right away, even with the place being surprisingly busy for their last hour on a Thursday night.

Karma Kitchen Mystic & Juicery
15 Holmes St, MysticI planned places I could get a good vegan meal before even setting off for Mystic. Karma Kitchen was high on my list.
The service was okay, nothing to write home about. And the atmosphere is that of a 50s diner with loud noise coming from the kitchen.
I was looking forward to the food based on reviews. I ordered the Chickpea & Mushroom Marsala. It was so salty I felt as though I was drying out the entire day after having it for lunch. The sauce was too liquid, too. Nothing was added to thicken it at all.
I recommend trying something different unless you can ask them to adjust the amount of salt they use.
Overall I would return again to try something different on the menu because the prices are the best in Mystic.

Taquerio
30 Broadway Ave, MysticBeautifully decorated for the Holidays! With a special themed holiday menu! Unique and fun! Food was awesome and reasonably priced. Service was perfect. Only thing is half of the seats are the worst most uncomfortable kind of bare bones hard bench seats. The other half of the seats are great! Thank you for lunch!
