Beware: bad human being owns co.I called to schedule a limo to pick my mom up in Wtfd. & come to MA for my son’s wedding. I arranged for a return trip the next day & John, the owner, asked why my mom was only staying overnight. I told him I had a troubled relationship with her & this was the best I could do. Granted, none of this was his business. I called back the next day to put a deposit down & he said “Oh, I remember you, you’re the daughter who won’t let her mother stay more than 1 night” & the conversation digressed from there with him laughing at me & disparaging me. I was appalled at the judgement. He said he was driving & he’d call me back. He didn’t. Since when does a service provider judge a customer on their decisions & is rude & that’s ok? I ended up finding a better car for a better price so it worked out for me but it was a very triggering experience.

I used Mystic Limos to get me to and from the airport. John was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. He made my trip less stressful. He was on time, and always kept communication open so I had no worries about getting to my destination. I highly recommend Mystic Limos for anyone in the area looking to book a limo service for whatever reason you may need it.

I called John of Mystic Limousine Service for a very short notice ride to the airport. John was able to do a pick up within 15 minutes from the time of my request resulting in arrival to the airport ahead of schedule. His pleasant personality combined with his positive attitude contributed to my peace of mind during a very stressful situation.

John did a midnight pickup for my family (Toddler included!) out of JFK with drop off in RI. We were coming off of 24 hours of travel time on an international move during a pandemic. He made that last leg of our journey super comfortable and easy - grabbing bags off the luggage carrousel and then loading out the suburban with all our bags, pram, travel crib, and car seat with a smile and good conversation.He didn’t even bat an eye when the kid screamed the first hour of the drive before settling down and falling asleep - John even took care to avoid bumps, turn carefully on transitions and whatnot to not disturb the little guy. All this while it poured rain in the middle of the night.Great service - Great guy
