25 Broadway Ave, Mystic“This CVS Pharmacy location has, by far, some of the friendliest technicians around this area including Groton. For those people that are complaining about bathrooms, it is not this specific store's fault that they do not have a public bathroom that anyone else can use. As they are short staffed because CVS corporate wants to cut down their hours just so the higher ups that don't actually work inside a CVS store (but just "manage" them) can get their incentives when they are well within their budget, they do not have the time and employee to bring you back into the employees only area where all their inventory are located. They sometimes do not even have a bathroom to use themselves sometimes because I have seen a portable potty a few times and have inquired about it and they said that the one bathroom that they all share is not working again. For those who are complaining about long lines, have you ever thought that the technicians would really want to help you out as soon as they can but they just cant because they have the other million things that they would need to do like actually type your prescriptions, fill your prescriptions, fight with your insurance just so they would cover your prescriptions, pick up the phone so that they could answer your questions, get the person in the drive through and a bunch of other stuff that they have to do while working inside the pharmacy. These people do all these work for minimum wage because CVS corporate (not the store/pharmacy managers themselves just to clarify for those people who do not know how things actually work) does not want to pay them what they actually deserve. For those who complained/complains about their computers being down, or their registers not working, have you even stopped to think that these technicians/pharmacists would rather have their equipment working properly, or faster than they do, or even at least working at all? It does not help them in any way, shape, or form in those aren't working properly. They would just have to work twice as hard, even though they're already working a job that 3 people are supposed to do. And what do these underpaid, understaffed, overworked pharmacy staff get? Complaints about how the lines are long, the bathrooms are not as accessible, rude and unkind words from the people that they are trying to help. Do you think that they want the medications to be on backorder? They would rather have all your prescriptions filled if they can because it's one less thing that they would be yelled at for. They try to order all your medications every single day but they can only give to you what they can get from their warehouse and distributor because just in case you forgot or do not know, the technicians, nor the Pharmacist inside that store, DO NOT personally make your Adderalls, or your Vyvanse, or your Ozempic or Mounjaro, or any other med that is on backorder, at the back of their pharmacy. So please, instead of leaving these unkind and harsh reviews or comments about stuff that these hardworking people cannot control, give them words of kindness and appreciation.”

1 Mohegan Sun Blvd, Montville“My second visit here I stayed again at the wonderful Sky Tower. Worth every penny. Yes I was comped a bit for the room. But treated just the same. The valet attendants have been outstanding. Always take good care of my car. No long wait. Take care of them they take care of you. Front desk is helpful and friendly. The only potentially negative experience was with a couple bartenders at the casino bar in the Sky casino. Some what rude unless your a regular. But there were cocktail waitresses that were very helpful. I always tip them well even though the drinks are free. Now Johnny Rocket’s has less then desirable wait staff if you go there. This happened on both my visits. Young people seem to be the worst in that role. But pretty much everywhere else staff were outstanding. The security staff make us older folks feel safe among the young rowdy folks. That’s much appreciated. Thank you Mohegan for a pleasant experience. That’s all I ask for. I realize I’m not going to always win.”
