INCREDIBLE selection and amazing guest experience. The crystals aren't the only gems in the store; the gentleman wearing the Spiderman hat on 10/29 was extremely knowledgable and genuinely kind. You can tell he enjoys what he does! Please keep stocking large crystals and we will keep coming back!

I recently reached out to Ice Imports after shopping in their Foxwoods location a couple months ago. I had inquired about the gemstone grab bags that they offered in store seeing if it was possible to purchase them online. I received a very quick response from Taylor, and she sent me a link to what I was looking for.
I use these stones to give to my clients during Reiki sessions and when I received the package in the mail, I felt like a kid at Christmas. I highly recommend Ice Imports for all of your gemstone and spiritual needs.
They have gained a lifelong customer.

I had an issue with a black tourmaline bracelet that I purchased just recently. It was fraying apart. Talia was wonderful, tried to call her manager but was unable to reach her. She exchanged the damaged one immediately. Her handling of the situation was superb. If I had a store, I would hire her immediately!

Crystals were vast, STUNNING and incredibly fairly priced! Really great selection of swords, knives, and fan paraphernalia. The gentleman behind the counter had perfect customer service, and was very helpful, knowledgeable of their products, and cracked a pretty funny niche joke about Naruto when we purchased some fanfare. Will be back for the Uchiha sword, and some more Sharingan jokes.

I had visited the Waterford location, looking for a particular item, which was not in stock there. I mentioned that I would be in Mystic this weekend. Imagine my delight to be greeted at the Mystic store, and offered an item they had set aside for me. Wow! What amazing customer service!!! The item was just what I wanted!

This is an amazing store, they carry everything you can imagine, especially beautiful jewelry of all shapes and sizes, the staff is very kind and gave me tips about the area, the owner is very helpful and beyond amazing. I love this store!

Went to the store in Mystic Ct. Great staff very helpful bought 1 item ams was undecided on 2nd . I called back the next day . Even tho I was home 4 hours away thru made it happen. Would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for everything you made my trip to Mystic and ill be back soon
