Greg was an outstanding realtor. With his team I always knew what was going on 'as it happened' He and the staff had excellent communications capabilities and knowledge of the market. With Greg's good advice the home sale was complete in "record" time and the sales price achieved was significantly more that initial estimates. I would use him again in an instant.

Greg was fantastic to work with. He sold our home quickly and for much more than we expected to sell it for. He and his office communicated frequently and were very responsive, and Greg personally went the extra mile when the buyers requested last minute accommodations after I had already moved out of town. This was the best service that I could have hoped for in selling my property. It was stress free and everything was explained in great detail if we didn’t understand something. The line of communication between him, and his team, went past my expectations. A problem came up with the house while he was on vacation and he immediately contacted us to help resolve the issue. I highly recommend Greg and his team to make the home buying and selling process easier and less stressful. They were always quick to respond to my questions and to provide expert advice. Greg has so much experience that he always knows the real estate market trends and adapts his strategy accordingly, including determining a sales price, calculating the worth of a prospective home and deciding how much to offer. He and his team are knowledgeable in the end-to-end process and guided us through the entire process, even recommending various mortgage companies, lawyers, and inspectors. His vast network ensured we had numerous walk-throughs of our home, and the fliers he sent sparked interest in our house before we were even ready to show it! We ended up having a dozen solid offers within 5 days of putting our house on the market, and most were well over asking price. They also ended up finding us our dream house that fit even our strictest criteria, which we hadn’t thought possible. We would definitely work with Greg the next time we decided to move.
