I have been working with Kim Benoit for many months. She was recommended by someone who knew she would be a perfect match for me and she has been nothing short of that. Emily, the assistant, was fantastic beyond reproach and genuine but wow, her manager scares me with her façade. Be a wise serpent - get tons of legit signed documents if $$ is concerned and ask questions like an innocent dove. Luckily we kept our skin but feared we could have lost it. I understand this is New England and there is lots of old money but treat people with respect no matter their heritage.
