Employee stole my umbrella, “gave it away”, and instead of him handling the mistake with grace just laughed at me repeatedly. Emailed store about it before writing a review but they never responded. Wouldn’t go back nor would all the friends with me.

So at 1st I would love to know I was going to mystic village so I can go to arisu. This was my 4th and now possible last visit to this store. Upon getting home and having a good look at my receipt I realized I was charged more than the stickered price on 3 of my 4 items. It was a little over 6 dollars difference. Just wish I realized this while getting rung up. Well, live and learn, and I learned to not shop at arizu.

Nice spot for all things anime and manga, They have a good mix of items to select from. The interior is pretty cool and had life size statues of some classic characters. They have a food section with everything from Japanese ice cream, to Udon noodles, and snacks. There's even a small corner arcade with free, playable, old school games.

I drive 50+ miles to go to this place. They have a wide variety of anime merch, mamgas, statues, pops there. Its a store you can bring your kids. They also have japanese foods, ice cream ,sodas, ramen etc.... i dont mind the trip at all cause its in the center of the shops at mystic and near the aquarium also

Was so excited to finally visit and was not disappointed with the selection. It's a bit expensive but I got a cute coffee mug and some pickled ginger . I just wished I had more time but it was fun . There are also lots of cute shops at this location, felt like walking around a village of interesting shops .

Some things are priced higher than average. They have a very friendly and informative staff with a diverse selection. They even have lesser known animes included. Not just the most popular ones. Definitely purely anime and manga based selection. No video game types included. Good for the average collector. Didn't find anything that I HAD to have though.

This place is amazing! ? It's huge and has such a wide variety of shows and games! I loved the section for foreign foods. There were a lot of fun things to look through!

My boyfriend loved this store. The guy behind the counter was a very knowledgeable and friendly person who my boyfriend loved talking to because of their common love of anime. The food section was super cool and filled with many options and there was plenty of unique items from wall decorations, clothes, dishes, plushies, drinks, Manga, and a lot more. I know we will be back in the future.
