We had never rented a trailer before and didn’t know where to go as Google led us to the closest UHAL dealer (Brooklyn Motorsports) we quickly found out it was a huge mistake! BMS not only were rude and fought us about our car not being able to tow the trailer AFTER making reservations days prior (they take vehicle info and what’s being towed) but they REFUSED to give us the trailer only hours before our trip.
