While young, they are dedicated to customer service and a huge variety of everything from nuts and bolts to Ben Moore Paints, to equipment...a huge variety of quality hardware goods. I asked them, what encouraged them to open the store...the answer, We looked at what Higganum needed and did not have...a Hardware Store. While we believe in the saying SHOP LOCAL, you also want high quality products, good service and location close to where you live and or work. Higganum Hardware fits all three. It is funny to have a new pharmacy tech when they ask for an ID for my dog until I let them know she's a dog. The seasoned pharmacist enjoys the interaction as much as I do. We just smile at each other and he reminds him it says canine.”

“Walgreens in Deep River has greatly improved in the last few years. The general store part of it is well-stocked and well-organized with very friendly staff. The pharmacy is often out of my medication or my insurance doesn’t want to approve it so I know to reorder early. The staff has been very good about working with my insurance and resubmitting to get approval and make sure I can have my medication.My criticism is that their grounds and garden area seem pretty much an afterthought. I would like them to spend a bit of money on making their exterior prettier so it looks well-cared for and. Or like a 7-11 parking lot.”

“The nurse that works at the minute clinic at this CVS is absolutely amazing! Her name is Melanie Paradis, on this visit and on past visits she has uncovered some serious health issues with both myself and my children by sensing something was off and encouraging us to seek further care. I now always go here to get checked out and see if we need further care. This is a godsend to my family especially these days when it’s so difficult to get a sick visit with our PCP. Thank you Melanie, you deserve recognition and a raise.”

“Great staff. Have had some minor issues with automatic refills, but much of the problem is related to the insurance companies trying to deny claims that have been valid for years. When issues do arise they are always quick to resolve them.”
