The total of my visit today was done via telephone/video and the actual visit was most helpful and unique - and feeling as miserable as I was it was nice not having to leave my home on a nasty, rainy day and still get excellent care!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment with Tracy at the beginning of the year for today. I had no issue waiting until August because I needed a primary care doctor and everywhere is full. I went to my appointment today and the rude office manager Michelle told me I have no appointment and she said they tried calling me a month ago to tell me this doctor was leaving. I never received a call, text, email, nothing. She couldn’t even give me a date of when they “called.” She was unapologetic and did not care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Edit: I did not receive an email from you and to say an email was opened is a blatant lie.

My son made an appointment 3 months out. He’s been having stomach issues and didn’t have a primary doctor so he had to wait to get in. We showed up today for his appointment and we were told it was cancelled because the person he had an appointment with no longer worked there. And the other providers were at capacity. They said a “mass email or text” was sent out. We never received either. Now I have to find another provider. Wait another 30+ days minimum to get him in. And change his primary provider on my insurance yet again. The person behind the desk didn’t even apologize. Oh and there’s a sign outside that says “new patients welcome”. Apparently not.

Don't bother going here. I went here for years, and they shuffled me to a new APRN a few times. That was fine, I liked all of them. Then one day I call to schedule an appointment, only to be told my APRN is leaving and nobody else can take me because they are full! So much for taking care of long-standing patients! So save yourself the trouble of having to find a new doctor later when they kick you out! Just don't bother getting started with this place with the revolving door in the first place. They can't seem to hang onto an APRN for long.

I had an appointment for a month. I had injured my shoulder and need a referral for an MRI. I had been to the office a few years prior but was told that I needed a "new patient appointment" due to not being in for a visit in so long. After waiting for a month the office called me 4 days before my appointment and told me they were no longer accepting new patients, all while knowing I desperately needed a referral for an MRI. This office is not the practice you want to go to, they absolutely do not care about the well-being of a patient or person for that matter of fact. Seems wrong to me..

I have never received better care at any other doctors office or facility. The staff and medical professionals are extremely focused on your well being and don’t ignore any of your concerns. You are treated like family and they take as much time as you need to address your issues and concerns. You will never get better care anywhere else. I have never felt rushed or that the time I needed was a concern and I felt I could take all the time I needed to have all my questions answered and all my issues resolved. I’m fortunate to be in their care. They are the best!

Danielle is always responsive and really listens to her patients. The staff at thee front desk are kind and efficient and I’m almost always in and out for my appointment in a timely manner. They are the best!

I visited Dr. Mahan and current student to discuss an appointment on going problem that will take blood work and much thought as to what direction to render me affective treatment. Both Kristen and her assistant were not only thorough, but attentive and LISTENED to my issues and I never felt rushed or not heard. I so appreciate my visit with them and walked out with a very positive view of treatment. Kristen not only treats her patients with compassion and thoroughness, she teaches the new future healthcare providers to emulate what patient care is all about. Dr Mahan is one special lady. I am 75, and feel privileged to be her patient.
