If they don't have it, you probably don't need it! This is an incredible small hardware store with an outstanding inventory. Knowledgeable, friendly, staff will eagerly find what you need and offer assistance with repairs. Need a single specialty bolt, for example? Don't spend hours searching and be forced into purchasing an entire bag from a big store. These guys will sell you the one you need for a fraction of the cost.

Old Town hardware store, they have just about everything in stock. Pricing is not too crazy. I visited to get a new part for a carburetor on a small engine. Didn't end up getting the right size part and was easily able to exchange for the correct part the next day. The part purchase was not the service person's fault but rather I didn't bring the old piece in for comparison.For my situation, the small engine part was cheaper here than anywhere I could find online and it was available right away. Will be back in the future for similar types of small engine parts.

Great hardware store and almost always have what you need! Grew up going to this one and still choose to go here over the big stores! Staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable.

My experience was not positive and as a woman I wish I hadn’t had been afraid to speak up for myself. I should have went to Home Depot or Lowe’s or even Ace and just left but I had to much anxiety by then to leave but I won’t ever go back in there. I got ripped off and ignored and frankly I was to stupid so I don’t blame them for me not knowing better. Just if you’re a woman you may want to think twice about going here they do not want to help you.
