I go in to buy clothing for my significant other and family on many occasions and I like to say that Shannon is one of the most pleasant and hard-working employees I've ever shopped with in my life. She makes the shopping experience worth returning every time. I've bought so many blankets, Aruba full-zip sweatshirts, and so much more. The store is very welcoming and super clean and decorated beautifully.

I would like to give a well deserved compliment to Shannon, a manager at Tommy Bahama at Mohegan Sun, for consistent exceptional service. She is never too busy to help her customers. Over the years, Shannon has helped both my husband and myself with many purchases. She is an asset to the Tommy Bahama Company and we look forward to continuing to do business with Tommy Bahama at Mohegan Sun.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tommy Bahama. I called last week to place an order for multiple items. The sales person who answered was so helpful and pleasant. Few days later my order arrived and as usual the items ordered, a skort, top and hat were of the quality I expect from Tommy Bahama.I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be one.

I received exceptional service from Ann the salesclerk at the Tommy Bahama store at Mohegan Sun! She was helpful, friendly and efficient. The size I needed in an item was out of stock and she quickly ordered it and it was shipped to my house (for free) in a matter of days! I’ve always experienced 5 star service from Tommy Bahama and their products are also 5 star!

With Tommy Bahama being my favorite clothing to wear, in my opinion, the best store location is at Mohegan Sun, in CT. Great selection and the most informative employees. One of their managers, Keighly, elevated my already high opinion of the Tommy Bahama brand. Thank you for your great product and service!

This store has horrible customer service. My parents are visiting me on vacation, and we visited Mohegan Sun, and the Tommy Bahama store while there. My father loves Tommy Bahama. All of the shirts he owns he buys here. I give him gift cards here every Father's Day and Birthday. We walk in and no one asks if we need help. We pass all three cashier's multiple times as we are looking and they look at us and never say a word. We left, and I decided to go back and ask for a comment card. They all pretend to not know what that is and then become apologetic. Be polite to your customers no matter what they look like. I told them we had planned to buy something, but I don't spend money when I have poor customer service.

I almost never review but feel I have to. I purchased a beautiful shirt from this location recently. Wore it then washed as recommended. My washer has never done this to the hundreds of other items. Shirt is now a rag. Called the store and manager said cant exchange because they cant resell therefore will lose money. Pretty brutal logic. So I'm out the $118.
