I feel CHEATED! Paid good money for 4 stuffed scallops, and ONLY 2 of them actually had a whole scallop! Lots of fill and the taste was good off the grill, however I paid for stuffed scallops, not stuffing mix!!! Even if I could have made out a few pieces of chopped scallops? But no!

At least five times I’ve been treated rudely by the staff and the ironic part about it. Everyone knows it I I am a senior and my senior friends all stopped going there because of the staff this a.m. the courtesy counter lady was the rudest I’ve ever seen her she was running around, probably working harder than she would be and she was taking it out on the customers, especially me, I believe they think elderly people are beneath them because they all make us feel bad .there is one nice lady who works in self check out. She’s always been nice to everyone. She is young ,blonde and very nice .

I have only started coming to this particular Stop -n-Shop for a few months since I moved in town. I find not one, but most of the employees very snobbish, rude and unprofessional in this line of customer care..The courtesy booth is the worst. My shift does not allow me to shop earlier than 8:30 p.m. So most times I ask the cashier to please download a digital coupon, they make mistakes. By the time I go to courtesy they can do nothing about the overcharge. 3 times in three shopping visits I had to come back and be inconvenienced to get my money back on other overcharged products as well. Today I came back because they were closed last night to return something and the woman made a big deal out of giving me my money back at courtesy because it was a perishable and they could not resell it. Well serves them for all my inconveniences. Other Stop -n- Shops always made it right . Not only that I bought a lottery ticket and scratched it on her counter. She wined that she just cleaned it and not to scratch it there even after I brushed it off. Not good business practices.
