Horrible business pratice! Emissions test today. They failed me for a dash light. He knew it would FAIL because of the dash light. Instead of having a conversation, they still took my money and ran the test. All areas passed... except for the fact that my dash light was on. I know what the problem is ... I need a new gas cap for my 2011 truck, but did NOT know I would fail for that. So, thank you Pennells Auto ! U got me for $20 but will loose a customer forever! I was not a one time customer. Have had service prior and had also purchase a vehicle. NEVER AGAIN just for $20.

Have always had good experiences here. But after today and the last several visits I will never go back there again. I believe they heavily over book and this results in poor or no customer service at all.

I went to DMV in Norwich to get my car registered didn't have a good experience. Called up Pannell's about emission test, a friendly voice, Michelle answered the phone. Asked her what I needed: "$20 cash and your car keys."
They were fast (not even 10 minutes), organized, and a very clean sitting area.
Thank you all!!!! My car is registered now yaaaaahoooo ???
