Nicki J is an amazing hairdresser. I have been going to her for my hair color and extensions for two years now and I always leave feeling gorgeous. Her attention to detail and creativity is unmatched. I have been to many hair stylists and I have never found someone who really understands how I want my hair to look. She just “gets it”. I referred my mother to her and she feels the same and absolutely loves her. Besides her talent, she is extremely knowledgeable about so many aspects dealing with hair. She noticed I was loosing hair(due to a horrible job I had) and recommended vitamins and foods I should be eating to keep my hair healthy. During your visit she makes you feel comfortable and cared for and it makes such a difference compared to to going to a random stylist. My color and extensions feel amazing and I look forward to my appointment every 6-8 weeks. I would recommend her to anyone!

I came across Glamlabz on Facebook while on the hunt for a good hairdresser & so glad that i did ! Nicki is very knowledgeable and gave me great tips and advice on how to care for my hair properly. Nicki did a full foil highlight on my hair and suggested that we add in some balayage to achieve the look that I was looking for. She nailed it ! I could be more happier. I haven’t been this happy with my hair in years , for sure will be my hairdresser from here on out! Glamlabz definitely goes the extra mile to make your time there comfortable & enjoyable. There is a reason I drive 45 minutes for Nicki to do my hair whenever it’s time for a refresh! I always get the brightest blonde that I’m looking for and she never fails to amaze me. The amount of compliments I get when I leave her salon for days after my appointment are incredible. I have been to so many different stylists who never actually got my hair to what I wanted… very white platinum foils on my very dark hair. I’ve spent so many thousands of dollars on people because I felt bad for switching. I liked them as people so I stayed holding out hope. Finally I’d had enough courage to call Nicki and switch. My very first appointment she nailed it! Not only did she hit it out of the park, my hair and toner healed up the entire time. Usually the toner fades in days. Nicki’s genuine, authentic personality and skills are rare. Once you find the right one… you keep them! I would travel hours to see her. Nicki is an incredible professional who listens to what your concerns and goals are and talks you through what that process will look like. She will always provide you with realistic expectations, educate you on hair chemistry and tutorials for hair styling after you’ve left the salon. Her salon is clean and welcoming and whenever you walk in you are a VIP. I was in an abusive relationship and had a significant amount of my hair fall out from the stress, to help to get healthier, I cut the rest of it to a healthy length to help it heal. Once it was healthy enough, Nicki guided me on getting extensions to get the look I craved since cutting all my hair off. She is so incredibly talented, kind, gentle and not to mention always up on the latest and greatest. Amazing color artist and she recently suggested we try a Chi Smoothing treatment on my coarse thick hair. OMG it’s like night and day, we did a thing the day after my treatment and added a ton of blonde highlights to my hair and after all the bleach and color my hair felt like silk when she was done, it worked amazing on my hair. This will be something I add to my regular beauty routine going forward
