Usually really great experience, but every time I need to cash a payroll check written through Citizens I need to wait a day in order for it to clear when that never happens at any other bank. What a great experience ! I had to make a switch and Sam jumped right in explained all the ins and outs of everything. Everyone was happy and welcoming. So glad I switched over. Plus they have lollipops… it’s a win win for everyone. Highly recommend
