“Don't trust your car to anyone else! I found this shop thru a desperate Google search, back in Nov-Dec 2023, when all the shops my insurance company directed me to were booked well into the New Year! They had a higher rating than just about every other garage within a 25 mile search area.
So I called Absolute Auto Body and they took my car the next day. I am so glad they were able to fit me in! This shop does high quality work, pays their employees a fair wage, and they use only high quality replacement parts! In addition to the cosmetic repairs, they also found some structural damage my insurance adjustor missed, and my insurance company agreed to pay for those additional repairs! My car is now safer, and it looks brand new! Since then, I've found (by remarks from local friends), that I actually chose one of the best body shops in the New London area! Owners Mike and Danielle are fair, honest, and a pleasure to do business with! They keep you updated on the status of the repair, and it was completed in a timely manner!
If you need collision repair work, don't waste your time with the insurance companies' "direct repair centers!" I highly recommend you call Absolute Auto Body FIRST! You'll be glad you did! I know I certainly am!”

“I was recommended to Absolute auto to help fix my 2013 ram. I had the typical ticking noise that comes with owning one of these vehicles. Dave, and his crew came highly recommended to fix what happens with these rams with the exhaust manifolds and the bolts. It’s a very tedious job that requires a certain skill set in order to get it done right. I dropped the truck off within 24 hours it was done, and the noise is gone but the attention to detail that was done on the truck , I couldn’t ask for better. If you have any issues with any vehicles that you have I highly recommend Absolute Auto LLC .I’m over an hour away from his location and I’ll be bringing all of my modern day cars back to him. “I took a ride to this body shop to see if they could helped me with my corrosion around my hinges on my Jeep Wrangler. I met The Body Shop manager he came out and took all the pics. And he submitted it to FCA for approval. This is a known issue on the The jeep wranglers i've been 2 other Dealerships. They didn't seem to have any Interest in helping me even though one dealerships is where I purchase the vehicle And this issue is covered under factory warranty. I'm hoping they get a call shortly to bring my vehicle in and have a fixed. I'll update my review when this happens.”

“I highly recommend the service department. Avery is very perfessional (everyone else too) My 2021 Jeep Grand cherokee L, has had the service 4wd light on. Each time it was for a different reason. Yesterday, I picked it up drove only about 1 mile and it came on again (for a different reason). When I went back Avery made me feel that he was as frustrated as I am. Even close to closing time on a Friday he took the my car around back to the mechanics to see what was going on. When He came back, he explained the difference in codes and what they are going to do. He always keeps me informed at every step.”
