i had a bad experience at b&d when i had gotten insurance because i ran over a pot hold b&d took the insurance and did not use it on my car.i complaint to guico and they did nothing.

They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks now won't be done for 3 weeks. And have never run my vehicle. And the battery has been at a critical level for 3-4 days. I've called everyday and said can you please run it for 30-60 minutes. And I googled what kind of damage can happen to your battery. It's all bad. And I keep being told we are working on it we can't. So if there is permanent damage to my vehicle, who pays for that? and how hard would that be for me to actually get back the money for what was damaged? Being stuck in a lose lose situation is not right. And there is no I'm sorry we should have started it once a week or something or it was a mistake. It's just oh we can't. Customer service skills are super lacking when you are the ones damaging someone else's vehicle. I will never return to this shop again and not recommend that anyone else go here. Such a simple thing to do. Not even an offer to fix it if it is damaged. Update 2 1/2 weeks later and it's ready to be picked up and battery is still at a critical level. They never ran it or charged it for me. I called every single day for a week. And I was lied to and told that they did even though I can tell in my app that it had not been run. Regardless of the job that they do on the body work. They have zero respect for other people's property or customers concerns.

Just had my auto body work completed at the shop. The repair was flawless… my car was returned to me basically spotless inside and out…… they found my business credit card that I have been looking for and placed it in the center console for me….
