Seriously do you guys see the reviews? The people you hav reworking here are incredibly disrespectful and rude and don’t like when you give it right back and hit you with excuse me excuse me? Like no your not excused and I’m the wrong person to be talking too . J have sent small printed pictures and a letter to bridgeport correctional center many times and I never had to pay as much as I paid today. Usually I use a Manilla tanish photo envelope for the pictures and letter out two stamps and i put it in the postal box outside the building this time they were rude so rude and made me use a package envelope bc they didn’t have the other tone charged me for that and then charged it as a package and 4.00 more dollars plus the stamps I bought at cvs for apperentlyNo reason ... they used a whole different thing to mail it luthier own bar clad stamp like that’s notHow I wanted it and I don’t do it like that ever ... the woman kept talking to meLike I was a child in a very rude stern voice and acting like she had no time for anyone I was embarrassed and didn’t want to ask her anything I asked the woman beside me for what adress. I send it out from. Very rude and I won’t be going in I’ll do what I have normally did in the first place

I was hoping to be treated cheerfully as I went to this post office today with my husband and a painful broken wrist. At the counter you have two women postal workers. Jack is respectful and Joanne has a nasty attitude. I have a habit of calling people hun or honey really just to be nice. Joanne spoke out as I walked away, in front of everyone and said, “No more hun or honey , my God just stop!!!! “ . I would rather drive to the next town than be treated in such a harsh way. My feelings were hurt as I was just trying to be nice.

Grateful for the excellent local service provided by the Monroe location! Always helpful, especially when I was learning how to ship/pack the goods I sold on EBay. Tracking is the best! Rely on this service daily. Thank you!

Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with in my life! They had me open my package and went through each and every item to ensure it was actually media mail! These people were so rude to my spouse and I. I was furious! I reported this Post Office to corporate. Do not go there whatever you do!!!

You would think an industry that is dying and losing money by the day they would be more helpful. Woman working couldn’t have been less helpful and they also don’t have a piece of tape to use but they have full rolls for purchase. Also, wouldn’t let me know if I had the right box to use. I had to get something mailed today or I wouldn’t have used their services. Awful experience and will make sure I never go back.
