“I've been coming to C & C Family Automotive for all of my auto repair needs ever since moving to the area two years ago and they have been nothing short of exceptional. Everybody there, from the front desk to the lift, is professional, responsible and honest.I most recently had an oil change and a repair of a leaking AC system done before a road trip. This time, like every other time, I got a call from Tony a couple of hours after dropping off the car. He gave me his assessment of the repairs required, their costs, and all of the context I needed to make an informed decision about whether to perform the repair. Having an older vehicle, some repairs are just not worth it, and Tony always takes the time to explain what he did to find the problem, the extent of the repairs, how likely it is that the issue could reoccur, and whether he'd do the repair on his own vehicle.I would also particularly like to point out the speed with which C & C do all of their work - I've never left my vehicle with them for longer than 3 days, even for major repairs. “Great customer care...the owner and his wife are very nice...he will tell you the truth about your vehicle. My husband came on Saturday to fix a leakage of anti freeze, which initially he wanted to go NY to his original mechanic and I told my husband to find a mechanic herw in Bpt, CT because we now live here, not in NY anymore. How lucky my husband was to find this shop, because the mechanic was able to fix the problem at a very fair pricing...his NY would have charged him an arm and a leg...will definitely tell my husband to continue coming here for all car service with both of our vehicles.”
