Robs Auto is easily the best shop in the CT area for any kind of car / truck. Rob always takes care of his customers and has amazing prices for the excellent work that they provide. I brought my car there when the dealer couldn’t figure out an issue and he had it back to me fixed the next day.

I brought my 4runner in for an alignment after two failed attempts at a good alignment somewhere else. Price was reasonable and the alignment came out well. I will definitely use this garage again for other issues that may come up.

Called to ask if they did rust repair, the owner said “no” and immediately hung up. Absolutely won’t be recommending this business to anyone. Terrible customer service. I see what the other reviewers mean by feeling like an inconvenience.
