Pemberley has been one of my favorite places to stop in town. Shopping here never feels like second-hand because Leslie is diligent in only taking pieces that are in excellent condition or new. Most of the items I have purchased have been new with tags, which is a huge plus! Leslie offers wonderful service and is friendly to chat with when browsing the racks. She also offers online virtual shopping several times a week which is fun. They are new arrivals that you can see before they reach the racks and there is always something fun! From jewelry to purses, shirts and dresses, there is always something new and I almost never walk out without finding something I need/want.

I have been shopping at Pemberley for several years now and have been consistently impressed with both the garment and jewelry selections that they offer as well as the cleanliness and organization of the store itself. Add to that the top notch customer service experience they provide, and it’s just a 5 star experience to shop there. I look forward to each and every visit. Take the time to meet Leslie and you will see what I mean. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Pemberley is a gem!

I have purchased several things from Pemberley, esp. handbags and accessories. There isn't a huge selection, but the items are a nice combination of work and casual clothes. But for me, this store is lacking in customer service. Every time I go there I get a weak hello, she never askes me if I need any help, when I ask for an opinion she seems bored to answer, and when I do purchase something, she seems barely thankful. Where is the friendly energy of a small store? Where is the big smile that makes you feel welcome and valued as a customer? I have never found it there and for me, that is the difference between shopping somewhere and shopping elsewhere. I now shop up the road in Newtown where the vibe is much friendlier.

It's a nice sized store with lots of items. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There was one other person in the store and two employees. I was not greeted, I was not approached. When I asked a question, I barely got eye contact. Some of the merchandise looked more worn than I'd expect to see in a higher end consignment shop. There were several Michael Kors bags (which are fairly common and not expensive new). I was looking at and very interested in a LV bag and a Prada wallet, but was never asked if I needed any help. I was wearing casual clothes running errands on a Saturday, but I had a lot of money to spend. I was surprised and disappointed after spending over 30 minutes or so.

The prices for the quality of merchandise cannot be beat! The purses alone are worth a trip in the store! Gorgeous designer handbags are always available .

This is the best consignment store around. The quality of the products is wonderful. There is something for everyone. The store owner is so warm and friendly! Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Pemberley is my go-to place, whether I need an elegant gift, or want to treat myself to a luxurious purchase (always in perfect condition) at a reasonable price. Leslie is the consummate hostess. When you enter her store, her bright smile and warm nature make customers feel comfortable and right at home. Always helpful with a suggestion and keen fashion advice, Leslie knows her craft and goes out of her way to make her customers feel confident and appreciated.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about my experience with Pemberley. Leslie, the owner is very nice, welcoming and meticulous She has a very nice selection of items and has all luxury items authenticated. She is very knowledgeable about different styles and is a believer in selling items that help nonprofit organizations that impact the community, like Dress for Success.

Leslie is so lovely both in personality and with her own personal style. She runs a wonderful business here in Monroe . Her store is large and is very well organized . She’s an expert in consigning and is very specific about what she will accept in her store - making her inventory top notch . Her live stream shows are terrific - they are a lot of fun to watch and Leslie makes them special with her quips & descriptions while showing some great items. You have to check her out if you’re local or join her group for her live streams . Bravo Leslie !
