Do not use them for any service. I had an appointment set up for 3 to 5 PM. At 5:30 I tried contacting them for an update but I kept getting voicemails. I finally got through to Collin who let me know I was the next appointment. Technicians finally showed up around 6:35pm. This company has no policies in place for communicating to their customers about delays.

They were rude, inattentive. 2 guys came rushing and didn’t even let me check the fridge they delivered. And while they were leaving they cursed me for a reason I have no idea. It was in Spanish but I could tell from their yelling and couple words I picked up I am sure they were cursing me :((((

Really poor service. The team came to replace my fridge that has been broken since I purchased the item from Home Depot. When the team arrived, they stated they couldn't install it because of the valve was under the sink and not behind the fridge. I explained that this was how Home Depot did it and if it's an issue, I would disconnect the water valve and all I needed was for them to bring my fridge up and plug it in. That way, I can at least have a unit to store food in. The driver agreed and said he'd "be right back." He never came back. Instead, I received a text message stating my delivery is being re-scheduled and when I tried to call, he hung up the phone and blocked me. I wasn't even a nasty customer. I called the delivery company and they agreed that the situation was handled inappropriately and re-scheduled my delivery for the next day which was great, except I have to take another day off of work. To add, the company couldn't even get a hold of the driver as he wouldn't pick up their calls either. They wanted the team to come back but they refused.I asked to speak to a manager twice, they took my information down and no one has called me yet.I really got the impression that the delivery team did not want to work and were very deceptive in how they handled the situation. Why would you say you would come back and then leave abruptly and then ignore my call and block me? Really unacceptable. My fridge is now in the middle of my kitchen and I don't have the ability to put it back in its place.

I HAD to give 1-star to leave a review otherwise they would get 0.This company is HORRENDOUS! They were contracted by American Home Shield to install an oven to my property. We schedule on four different dates, all four were no-shows. Cody is responsible for scheduling and picks up 1 in 4 calls. Dan is the Regional Director of Operations, who assured me there would not be an issue of delivery moving forward, 2 missed scheduled dates later, he also does not answer calls and does not allow for voice mail.This company is negligent. I would NOT trust them with any logistical business, not with installs and certainly NOT with a move.

Very bad service. Zero communication. And a lier.I ordered the applicance online and this company is the delivery company. They did not show up at the sceduled delivery date, and they told the seller that I was not at home. I could not even reach out to them as their phone number is just an automated service and no human is available.

Ordered a fridge from Home Depot last month with projected delivery date of today. I got a call from someone at this company yesterday confirming a delivery window of 11am-3pm today, so I've been waiting in my home all day for the call. It's nearly 8:30pm now; still no fridge or any info on its whereabouts. By 3pm, I'd received no call from a driver to say they were on their way, so I started calling Home Depot to try to get an answer, as I couldn't reach anyone at the Windsor # for this company that I called yesterday. After 30 minutes on the phone with various people, from Home Depot, and 2 different people from GE Home Delivery Support, (who told me they contract out deliveries in my area to this company) I still have no answer. I was told the two different people from GE could not reach the driver at all, and all I got in reply was "sorry". The supervisor told me she couldn't reach the driver, but knew that he was currently on his last delivery at the time we spoke. She said she left a message with this company's after hours number which should be monitored, but, so far, still no call from anyone.I can see now why there are so many other negative reviews about this company on here, and I'm so frustrated that we didn't get to choose what delivery company to go with.

This was the WORST customer-service experience we've ever had to deal with. We purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot, and waited weeks for delivery. When NE HDS finally showed up, they told us they would not remove our old Subzero refrigerator, even though we told Home Depot that's what we had. The customer-service rep, Liz, was rude, tried to speak over me on the phone, and completely unhelpful. I had to speak with her supervisor, who told us we had to remove the old refrigerator, which they would then haul away. One week later, they refused to haul away our old refrigerator, even though we confirmed two days prior that they would (and we paid for it at Home Depot). They also would not install the water line on our new refrigerator, because it was copper. Once again, I spoke with that rude clown, Liz, who argued with me, and then hung up on me. I called NE HDS customer service twice, and no one picked up nor returned my call. NE HDS is a joke- you would think that Home Depot would choose another vendor, and NE HDS might take the trouble to look at all of their horrible reviews.Service: In-state moving

Absolutely the worst service ever. I will be calling homedepot to put in a formal complaint. The first delivery was sent away bc they showed up with a damaged unit. They said that day they could get a new washer out to us the next day. One week later, the driver called me to say they were there. They were supposed to give a 30 minute warning as the delivery is coming to an investment property. When I got to the home, the delivery ppl were rude and manhandled the washer. Completely unprofessional and I will not do business with homedpot again if this is the company they will use for delivery.Service: Moving-related packing

The worse service ever. They decided to put the majority of the bedroom set pieces together OUTSIDE on my front lawn. I told them I didn’t want everyone seeing my merchandise. They ignored me and continued doing it their way instead of my way, which was INSIDE. One of the males had an attitude with me and I told him I was going to report him, which I did. Then, while they were inside putting the bed together, they left my 2 drawer night stand outside for awhile so again everyone can see. This took place on 9-16.

I am the property manager of an apartment building that had 2 deliveries from Bob’s Discount Furniture on 12/1/18. While I was riding the elevator with the two delivery drivers (men around age 40 or so), after casual conversation one man started to tell me how “hot” I am. While I expressed how uncomfortable I was by stating it was extremely inappropriate, the man offered a consolation of “well, we don’t fall in love easy.” I again, mentioned it was incredibly inappropriate and asked him to stop. The elevator ride from hell then ended.After I approached the man asking for his supervisor’s contact info which he advised me it “is not worth getting us in trouble over”, which I advised him it was and his actions were degrading, disgusting, and inexcusable. The sales manager at Bob’s has been the only person who’s seemed to care about this horrible run in. The “managers” of the delivery team at NEHDS hasn’t cared to call or apologize regarding the situation.Sexual harassment should not and cannot be excused.

Only gave one star because I had too. Liz the logistics manager for delivery was soo rude. She hung up on me when in made a follow up call timr see why my stove from home depot was rescheduled 20 mins before my arrival time of 11-3. This rescheduled was done without my knowledge, plus I lost two days pay cause I had to want another day for delivery.. Will never use them again..The delivery men were nice and professional but the customer service is horrible.

If you are ordering to a military housing don't use this company. The drivers have fake IDs and can't get on base. Order a matress. The company that I bought the matress from used this company as a delivery serviceAlso if you try to call this company good luck as they don't pick up or respond to you

This company is a joke they showed up 20 mins earlier than the delivery window and didn't ring the doorbell left a voicemail and left. When I called to see where they were the "manager" Liz was incredibly condescending and rude. It's a shame costco gives this place their business.
