Dr. Basak-Smith and the entire team at Monroe Town & Country are incredible. We have been using Dr. Basak-Smith for 18 years and he has treated all of our animals - from cats and dogs and guinea pigs - with the same compassion and care he has for his own animals. My dog had extensive surgeries, including an ACL repair and a splenectomy. His approach is always honest and in the best interest of your fur baby. Our family cannot be more grateful and speak highly enough of the entire team.

The staff is extremely warm and the doctor is amazing. They did everything they could to save my dog, unfortunately he couldn't be. But the staff was extremely empathetic to my husband and I. S.I.P Bentley ?

Terrible experience at Town and Country vet.will never go there again didn’t answer my questions told me my cats broken leg should heal on its own yet has no orthopedic knowledge!after returning to get the splint he put on that was to big and bulky replaced he went ahead and did the exact same thing ! How he got good reviews is a mystery to me very expensive my cat is miserable which in turn leaves me miserable!
