“Just closed my AT&T account after 15 years as they decided to reduce the existing company discount. Searched around and found an excellent plan at T-Mobile. Went to the Monroe store and was initially helped by Jay and once I decided on a plan Lexi the manager did the plan initiation and porting. I cannot lavish enough praise on her for her professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness. She also possesses a keen sense of humor and the ability to recall the password I selected a week before….?. I have also discovered that I am getting 5G service in areas where I didn’t before. At my home which has always been barely one bar is now three bar service. These, along with the great savings make this the perfect move.”

“I arrived about an hour before closing on Thursday night. My mother wanted to upgrade her phone. The store was immaculate, well stocked and very well lit. Will D., the solutions specialist, directed me to the iPhone SE after I mentioned that my mother was 92 years old and never had anything but her flip phone. After reviewing her account, he mentioned that she should be getting a $20 credit because she was already signed up for auto pay and paperless billing. He said in order to receive that discount she would need to switch her payment method from credit card to bank account. In less than an hour I was out the door with my mother's new phone. She was thrilled but I did need to bring her to the store the next day so she could update her account to get the $20 credit. She had a few questions which Will who I am now referring to as the super savvy senior citizen representative patiently answered. His friendliness and clear explanation of how to work the phone made my mother totally at ease. In a day she had learned how to text, take photos, set up her email, and was totally comfortable using her new phone thanks to Will!”
