Great place to find THE PIECE to suit whatever style you have. Three huge floors and they will arrange delivery if you live in the area. Why buy flat pack when you can get something with character for not a lot of money and support veterans while doing it. Win/win!

If you enjoy creating a beautiful home on a budget, you Must check this place out. The owners are the most pleasant , kind and helpful individuals. Shopping here is like no other. There is a fun, upbeat atmosphere as soon as you enter. It is a massive building filled with furniture, rugs, lamps, wall and table decor, dishes, tableware and cookware that constantly changes. All this at reasonable prices! Check them out on Facebook on Wednesday evenings to get a preview.

This is a great place to get used furniture, housewares and decor. They are located in a very old and dusty warehouse in an industrial area but don't let that deter you! You actually park near the loading dock and enter through a door right there. Just head to the back and up the stairs. They have 3 huge floors. The 2nd floor is like a giant tag sale with everything you could want for Your home. You have to search for Your finds but the prices are really low. The 3rd floor is the showcase floor with nicer items displayed beautifully. I included some pictures of my recent purchases. They have all Styles of furniture from vintage to modern. The owners Dan and Anita are very friendly and happy to Help.

You have to see this place to believe it! Great prices on a wonderful array of furniture, home decor, and home essentials. Staff is welcoming and very helpful. They delivered a China cabinet that I purchased Thrilled with delivery and cabinet. The type of place you can go again and again and always have other things to find!

A mind-blowing amount of furnishings as well as everything else one would need to help set up their home, take on a fun refurbish project, or find that perfect little treasure to add to your collection. Everyone here is friendly & helpful and the prices are quite reasonable! The whole concept of this business is awesome, I truly hope it takes off & helps everyone who needs it!

We love this wonderful treasure-trove! And the people are so kind and helpful! It's very worth the trip, no matter where you're coming from. It is virtually a few warehouse floors of interesting unfinished and finished "finds." I only wish they would open on weekends! At least Saturday??? PLEASE!

I have been a customer at Make a Home since they were back in Newtown and followed them to Waterbury and then Monroe and now back in Waterbury. They have an excellent selection and very fair prices. I’m glad to know that my purchase is helping veterans and people who need a hand.
