Incredibly organized. Very clean. Easy to find and easy parking lot to navigate. I didn’t have any luck when I went but I would definitely go back.

The staff are really great and store is clean and mostly neat unless a customer makes a mess. I am not happy with the prices on some items. Since when did the GAP become designer merchandise? you can buy it new for the same price when they have a sale. Also, they need to not mark everything with a brand name designer as some items are older and not worth the more current style. I am not talking about vintage, these are pieces that are about 10 years old.

Bought a wicker loveseat, asked to pick it but the next day. Told me they can’t find it and they have no record of another customer buying it. Very poor customer service and lack of communication. Very disappointed! If you buy Something from them take it with you.

For the second time, I was met people who obviously hate their job, and prefer not to accept anything than to have to pick anything up. I will certainly not be going again. This chair was not accepted because it is wet. It’s pouring today, and a paper towel might dry it off… astounding

Awesome place to find great deals. I found 4 canvas framed paintings to redecorate my living room with; I got all 4 for $20.00. Here you can find all types of household appliances & decorative items, electronics, clothes for the whole family, including babies. You can even find furniture in good condition such as lamps, dinning room chairs, couches, computer desks. I Highly recommend this goodwill store for your household needs.

We bought a nice black dresser for $25! THEN they refused to put the dresser on the roof of a Small car because according to the Young strong workers they couldn't do that because of insurance reasons! What ever happened to common courtesy!needless to say we demanded our money back! Oh and to top it all off we both are senior citizens who shop at the trumbull area store all the time! No common courtesy!

One of the best Goodwills we have seen. Clean, neat, staff is helpful and its a giant and new store for a Goodwill. EZ parking, EZ access, staff smiles, and products are well organized. The only weird thing it that they still have the pandemic glass panels in front of the cashiers. Pricing is overall fair, but some of the art can be $30? Kinda high for stuff that was donated.

I decided to go to this Goodwill location despite the mixed reviews to see how it was myself. I probably should’ve trusted the negative reviews and saved myself the drive and time. I’ve been to a lot of the Goodwills across the state and this is one of the priciest ones. If you’re looking for good prices, this is not the place for you. Outrageous pricing on everything: the tchotchkes, electronics, art, furniture, shoes, bags, and clothing. Probably the only reasonably priced items are the books. Lots of stock but you’ll probably only be interested in it if you’re a middle aged woman. Wouldn’t recommend this Goodwill to anyone. Very disappointing that their prices are so high given that everything is donated.

This Goodwill location had the shelves stocked up to the max. It was clean and very organized, and the staff were continuously working throughout the aisles to keep it that way. They have a large range of sizes for their clothing. Their store also spanned from summer (bathing suits, shorts and t-shirts) to winter essentials (jackets, hats and gloves), toys and home necessities and decor, and other trinkets. It was fun to explore and you could find some great items for affordable pricing.

Nice store, but what kills it is the sea of garbage in the parking lot. It also makes its way to the neighboring yards. Please take a look, there is so much trash out there, and it's ugly.
