There is a pilot system in place that prevents you from talking directly to the pharmacy and forces you to leave a message. This system is horrible and impersonal. I wasted a day waiting for my emergency perscription to be filled.

This CVS has very nice cashiers and helpful pharmacy techs. The only issue I have here is the dirty shelves in the cosmetics section. Who would want to buy a product from filthy dusty shelves. Employees should be looking at this and cleaning.

What a Condescending, pompous pharmacist. Terrible patient skills and lack of care or empathy for those suffering with chronic disease. This corporate model of pharmacy lacks compassion. I am switching back to a local pharmacy with real, caring people not zombies. Never doing business here again.

Another nightmare with this Pharmacy. I believe there are two Pharmacists here, two guys. One, a really nice guy, helpful, explains things and is pleasant. The other guy, speaks with a foreign accent (I just don't recall their names) is the WORST pharmacist I have EVER dealt with. The man plays God with customers. He doesn't care in the least what you doctor orders, he decides whether or not you can have it. (You're not a Doctor Dude, you're a Pharmacist) He's nasty, and treats any customer that uses pain medication as a Junkie. He refuses to explain anything, and when posed with a legitimate question, he can't seem to answer it and falls back on his crap attitude and gives an incoherent answer. If you dare try an explain anything to him, he couldn't care less, after all, he's God and controls your medication and health at that moment. He can't seem to count and comes up with dates and times that make no sense but won't take the time to explain his reasoning. For example...If you are prescribed a ten day supply of medication, to him, that means you can't have it in ten days, you must wait 11 days. When you point this out, he mumbles, tells you you're wrong and basically tells you to kick rocks, he's in control. Last time I dealt with him, he actually got nasty with me and said he REFUSED to allow me to use any of the coupons out there to help save a few bucks and go somewhere else if I didn't like it!!! Just a nasty SOB with a God complex, should really take his partner there as an example of how to treat customers.

I have always had excellent service at the pharmacy and in the store. The pharmacists and technicians are helpful and accommodating. Although they are busy, I find them very customer centered. They have always taken time to answer questions and resolve issues with prescriptions. Thank you!!

Cashier was rude and yelled at me that this location doesn't take wellcare benefits for otc care. Yes you do!!! There's blue tags on certain products and this location came up in a search. He rolled his eyes and snapped at me to move out of the way so he can take care of the other people in line. Then demanded me to leave the merchandise and back up so ups can get through. I was treated like a criminal and looked down on as a low life for no reason. This shouldn't have happened. I walked out without any if the medication I'm in need of and was very upset.

One of the worst customer experiences of my life. I tried to use a similac gift card at this location to purchase formula for my 2 month old. The store manager came over to the very nice but untrained front desk employee, and began to tell me I can’t use that at his location they don’t accept digital coupons. I tried to explain to him that it was a form of payment accepted by cvs and had the cvs logo on it, with easy instruction on what to click in their system to accept it as a form of payment. We have done this at every other cvs around with no issues. He told me I was wrong and pointed to the signs on his desk saying they don’t accept digital coupons.Then he started waking out the store. Since he was unwilling to help and, speaking loudly and down to me. I didn’t want to wake my sleeping Infant after it took 2 hours to get him down. I asked for a district manager name. He told me to call corporate and walked out the store. I will be avoiding this location and never returning.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! The manager speaks to his employees poorly as well as customers! Disgusting. And refuses to assist.
