All staff are super efficient, a pleasure to speak with, and have stellar customer service, going above and beyond to help me (even when I have mistakenly called the wrong line after hours!). I honestly don’t know what I would do without my compounded prescription; I am also so grateful for the time saved in shipping direct to me.100 ⭐️s!!!!!

I can't say ENOUGH great things about this place! Every aspect of how they run the pharmacy, customer service is above and beyond, and the shipping is fast! I literally have a smile on my face every time I interact with people that work there over the phone! 10 stars if I could!

I’m really disappointed in Reliant’s corporate mentality that ruined a wonderful, local compounding pharmacy. As soon as Reliant bought out Compounded Solutions, the price of my bird’s medicine increased dramatically over the next few months. They said it was because the minimum price of any medicine had increased.After it more than doubled ($30 to $70 per month) I finally switched to a mail order pharmacy in New Jersey that delivers a single bottle with six months of medication for less than the price of one month at Reliant.It’s a real shame since the staff, especially the customer service person, has been absolutely wonderful over the last four years, and that didn’t change with new owners. It’s just gotten way too expensive and all for corporate greed. Anyone who says it’s because of supply chain issues or increasing prices should talk with the folks in NJ on how their prices are one sixth Reliant’s price.

Reliant Pharmacy “GONE”. Only within a matter of a few days notice my family among all others that were customers received a letter stating that Reliant had sent all prescriptions to Walgreens. Then they shut the doors.I have to be honest and say that this pharmacy was no where near as it used to be. I had contemplated leaving several times.This was not a very professional way of leaving by any means. They had started to carry less and less supplies, and if you even asked to order some thing, especially a prescription that you were going to need filled they were no longer willing to place an order like they used to.So they moved out of town to do compounding only. Can anyone guess why? I guarantee without question it was the almighty dollar.In my opinion, Reliant pharmacy that is no longer in Southbury was becoming a pier mess, as there were just too many employees working there. The way they close the doors is up here disgust not only to myself but many others, that I know have said the same thing.Well, like I say, everything happens for a reason and Walgreens so far so good they are really on top of things. From what I see thus far is reliability, professionalism and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I am speaking for myself, as others may not feel the same way. However, I can say they are the reliable pharmacy. Bye bye Reliant!I did call you our new location only to find out that apparently all old records were not available any longer. So I over paid you “enjoy” !

Oncologist called in a prescription late in the day and compound solution put the medication together and ensure that I received it the next morning. Outstanding!

Very customer oriented, clean and bright, promptly fills prescriptions for either curbside pickup or shipping.They have taken good care of their employees and customers by not allowing anyone but employees inside during the pandemic.Love this pharmacy for anything "compounded".

Compounded Solutions is a fantastic pharmacy with excellent service. I spoke to Olivia on the phone and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also spoke to the pharmacist Eric, who did a great job both explaining the product and making it. I recommend this place to all.
