“So let me clarify. I marked a good value because it's something I did not want to do. I'm sure I could pay less and I could pay more elsewhere. It's subjective. They did a decent job. There was a missing part on the back handle. And as some one with no small children I have no one that sits back there. It probably ended up in a vacuum. But I will go back. The car looks and feels good. Note: I put new rugs in after they cleaned the car.”

These drive through car washes scratch up my car everytime; while here at Mac's Pro Wash I get a deep hand wash with no scratches or damages ever! I had a horrible dent and scratches from a car accident & he buffed and painted it back good as new!!!!!!! Not only wash it fully detailed inside & out but I also got a paint job on my bumper!!!! “A few weeks ago, I visited the Shelton Russell Speeder’s and accidentally locked myself out of my car while vacuuming. Kevin, who I believe is the manager there, assisted me for the better part of a half an hour by allowing me to use his phone several times, and even spent some time helping me remove mold spores from the side of my car while I waited for my husband to arrive with a spare key. The entire time, Kevin was attentive and calming, and I really appreciated his company, while I was in a bit of a frantic moment. I feel he went above and beyond his role. You don’t see a lot of that type of attention these days! Thanks again, Kevin!”

“WOW CAR WASH did a Fantastic Job on my car today!! Very friendly staff that greet you from the moment you pull in... the facility is nice and clean & the gentleman who worked on my car did a phenomenal job and really had my car shining. I also purchased wind shield washer fluid. And he did me the favor of putting it in my car without charging more. They also blew out all of the leaves that were inside of the.hood. I will definitely be back next time I am in CT visiting!!! Fantastic place”

“Came by at 10:30am. Opens at 8:00.I PAID for a basic wash and wanted to take advantage of the free vacuuming but to my surprise the doors to car wash were closed, no one came to open it, then tried to at least use the vacuums, but were turned off, and the exit was corded off! The entrance was NOT blocked off nor any traffic cones to stop traffic. UPDATE. CAME BCK & was given a full voucher. Evidently the garbage men came and took down the traffic cones that were at entrance and didn’t replace them. Will definitely go back.”

Todays trip the gentleman at the booth went way beyond trying to clean my pickup, (that had been sitting outside for the last two months), before he started the runway for the tunnel. “Just gotta wash 2-3 times a month to have the monthly fee pay for itself. Since I go off roading a lot it's not hard for me to hit 3 times in a week. So for me the hand washing is perfect. They pull out my rubber mats and spray them down for me too when they vacuum. Sometimes they miss the interior windows behind the backseats but that doesn't take away from being a 5-star review from me”

“I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I just signed up for the monthly package and have used it three times already. Each car wash is great! My windows, including the front windshield, have never been cleaner. The vacuum cleaning has complete coverage. My car is spotless when done. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Personal Touch Car Wash so far. I started going here after my normal car wash that I visited for years went completely downhill after some major service changes. I highly recommend Personal Touch Car Wash.”
