He was incredibly responsive during the planning stage, answering all our questions patiently and thoroughly. He helped us find the perfect blinds for our needs and stayed within our budget.The installation team, Pete and Matt, were equally fantastic. They arrived on time, exuded professionalism, and were incredibly friendly. They worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring a flawless installation and a spotless cleanup. Their attention to detail was truly impressive.My husband and I were both blown away by the entire experience. Budget Blinds of Monroe is clearly a family-owned business that takes pride in its customer service. They provided not just a service, but a positive and seamless experience.
