Be careful truckers today I tried to put DEF it clicked off but money kept running I took the nozzle out no DEF and meter kept running with money until I put nozzle back to the pump!!!Then I talked to them inside they said sorry as if it happened before.

Worst ta ever the only concern they care about is how to make you pay for parking I guess that's the only way they can make money of beside improve thier store and find other things to bring customers without over priced merchandise inside the store rude employees nasty bathrooms and showers never stop here again wish have 0 star to give cuz 1 star it's to much for this money robbery

Staff inside look gloomy. Every parking space is reserved or taken up by dropped trailers or trucks that look to have been sitting here for days. To park is $25. The showers are disgusting, hair plastered to the wall, along with toothpaste that has been splattered out of others' mouths. Toilet sorta looked wiped down on the seat, but that's it, needs a good cleaning. The shower is awful, hair and gunk all in it. If you can at all go somewhere else.

Over crowded at 1 in the afternoon. Primarily reserved parking. Got creative and parked out of the way of everyone but was still told to move because "i was in the middle of the lot", yet this guy in grey was ok. Keep in mind i was in a corner obstructing nothing or no one. The have a little indian adolf walking around checking parking so u can't cheat.

Really sketchy operations here. They close off the parking lot at night whether the lot is full or not. The app says reserved parking is available, but they said there isn't. And when you see non-reserved spots open, they say they're being held for someone else. I eventually got a reserved spot after I persisted. It conveniently just became available. But the cashier and the lot attendant made my day more difficult. And I can clearly see other reserved and non-reserved spots open. And then there's the dropped trailers. Watch out you can't park here unless you pay to park. Doesn't matter if you pay to fill your tanks plan to pay for food and showers. Oh well was rudely told to leave

Drivers stay away from this ta every time istop to fuel problems with pump one side not working or keypad bad leaking handles every pump has a problem stay away

Tons of open parking spots and paid to park yet the skeeted out yard guy chewing on his tongue while pour sweat in 15 degree weather said I had to leave because they are full. So I just wasted my money because they hire meth heads.

Horrible place to stay at. Dirty showers, nasty attitudes. I reluctantly (attempted) to take my 34 here. Was driven off the lot by some guy in a 4 wheeler. Saying that i was there longer than 24 hours. I'm like ok, and? Then he proceeded to tell me that they have an initiative to remove local drivers. I'm like, sir, I'm in a sleeper. I have Texas plates. I'm pretty sure I'm not local. Then he just didn't care and ushered me out anyway.The place is in shambles look like the rural south. The only thing is, in the south, they actually have the excuses of crippling poverty and a tornado or wildfire hitting every other week. What's you all's excuse?On top of that TA is opening a new Travel Center every other month but can't fix their older ones? Ta have some pride in your brand. Unless that's what you're already doing and your brand is rundown truck stops that wants you to buy fuel then kick you off of the property.Ps. It wasn't a reserved spot, just a regular spot.

Won't honor prepaid spots. If you prepay, and the saved spots are taken, they won't make the people who didn't pay move. AND they won't even reimburse you even though you don't have a spot now!

I stood and watched the lady at the service desk answer the phone " thanks for calling TA please hold". She did that atleast 4 times wasnt doing anything at all, and never went back tobthe phone just stood and gossip. Very poor customer service!
