“Our cars plastic splash guard underneath the car was loose. Took it to the Honda dealer the estimator would not even look under the car or put it on the lift. Said I needed a new splash guard with parts, labor and tax came to over 260. Took the car to Safe I explained what the problem was. Made the appointment brought the car in he took 10 minutes to fix the issue. Did not need a new splash guard just two plastic clips. Very honest and listens. Will be bringing my cars to him going forward.”

Mike and his team are elite, efficient and knowledgeable. Mike advocated for me with my insurance to make sure my 6 month old Subaru did not get aftermarket parts fighting for what was right. I was kept updated throughout the repair process, all questions were answered, and the vehicle repairs were completed 4 days sooner than expected. When we picked up our vehicle it literally looked better than when we had purchased it brand new off the lot (inside and out) - we are so thankful! They literally rebuilt the front end!! I would definitely recommend this shop if auto body repairs are needed. If ever needed again we know this is where we will go! “Dave's working on my F250 Super Duty Diesel V8 Engine. We are just waiting for the Parts needed now. 12/14/2021. Truck Repair update. My truck should be done on Monday afternoon or evening Tomorrow. Dave did excellent job and he fixed everything I needed done and many extra's to make updates on my Diesel V8 Powerord pickup Truck. He's very fair Priced for both the Labor and the Parts as well. Plus Factory Brand New Parts. I'm having Dave do all my Diesel Truck Repair and service maintenance for all my needs!! He's the Best!!”

“I recently had a bad front axel catastrophic episode. It was over $800.00. I called Kayla and told her my weels were pulling to the right. She told me to leave it for a few days.
The invoice said that they did a front alignment. I don't think so.
I know my car is old, 2004 but I have sent a lot of people to you.
Maybe you're overwhelmed because of the emissions demand but I want to be safe.

Not only did they fix my muffler for 1/3 of the price quoted they also didn't make me feel bad for waiting so long to come in and for attempting to fix it myself. “From first contact over 3 months ago Lawrance was just amazing to work with. He never put any pressure on me and he made the transaction simple and easy. I bought an F90 M5 competition from him. I called pretty late at night the poor guy was already at home probably getting ready for bed but he still took my call and was on the phone with me for quite some time. We spoke about the vehicle and arranging shipping since the car was going to be shipped out to California where I live. The car was very well taken care of, had super low miles and Lawrance promised me it was immaculate. We agreed upon everything on the phone and we continued to stay in touch thru text as well. A big concern for me was making sure the vehicle would get shipped enclosed so Lawrance went out of his way to make sure that happened. He mailed me all the paperwork I signed it and sent it back with the cashiers check to pay for the vehicle. Sadly when the car arrived the carbon fiber splitter did have a scratch probably from loading it into the truck but Lawrance took care of me and sent me a check so I could buy a new one and he even sent me a second key brand new from BMW because the one that arrived was from a different car. I understand mistakes happen but the way Lawrance handled everything just told me that I was dealing with the right guy. I will definitely buy another car from him in the future since I’ve been having an itch for a Porsche but for now I’m loving my M5. Doing business with Lawrence was a 5 star experience even when things went south a little he handled the situation and made it right. The reason why I took this long to post my review is because I promised him I would do it and upload some pictures once the car is done I’ve done some modifications to it and now here she is! Thank you Lawrance for being amazing and staying in touch with me even after business was done. You truly are a great car guy and that is hard to find nowadays. Most dealers are just looking to swindle you and make profit but Lawrance is not like this he truly is a car guy and he knows cars he doesn’t stock garbage if you look at his inventory and you’re a car enthusiast you’ll know what I’m talking about. “Had a tire that wasn’t holding air and was going soft. A slow leak.
Called Town Fair Tire and was met with an automated voice. Waited 5 minutes on hold before I was connected with someone.
I asked how much it would cost to look at my tire and approximate price on a patch. Was told the service was free… I said “free? you’d patch it for free?”. They said, “well how much it costs depends on the issue…” and I said “oh so it isn’t free then…?”… they didn’t answer and they asked if I wanted an appointment. They were able to “squeeze me in” today at 3. They said the appointment would be “90 minutes long, give or take”.
Usual rigamarole you get when it comes to chains/corporate entities.
Feeling a bit disillusioned, I call up Al on the phone at this business. I give them the same spiel. “We can take you in immediately, we welcome walk ins” they say, and “a patch would definitely be under $40. We’ll take a look at it and have you in and out.”
The confidence, affordability, and direct line to the men working on my tires had me cancel my Town Fair appointment immediately.
I pull in and chat with Mike, a younger gentleman that worked on my tires as we chatted. I was allowed to look into the garage as he worked, and he walked me through exactly what was up with my tires. No patch needed. Just needed my rims brushed/cleaned as a spot of oxidation caused a weak seal between the rim and tire, causing a very slow leak.
Friendly guys, we blabbed the whole time… and Mike had my tire back on before I even realized he was finished, and was given an even lower price than the estimate. Was in and out in under a half hour. I asked to be charged a bit more so Al and Mike could get themselves a coffee.
How small businesses should be. Transparent, friendly, direct. Never had such a pleasant experience in any auto-adjacent shop. Support these guys, they’re great.
