The staffers are very friendly and helpful too. This place is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Great shopping area for all your old navy brands. Great selection of clothing”

I also received great assistance from Mary Kate at the MAC counter and will look for her when I need products. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and has a great personality. “I absolutely love the clothes in Torrid. They're pretty pricey, so I suggest using any coupons or shopping any sales you can to get the best bang for your buck. I used a Birthday reward and shopped a 50% off tops sale and only paid $14 or so for a shirt that would normally be $45. The employees were very nice as well.”
“Customer service at Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel in Milford is wonderful. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is also plenty of off the street parking.The inventory includes a wide variety of work and casual wear as well as a licensed team merchandise. The sneaker department, especially for children has a awesome selection and most items come in multiple sizes.The store is a lot different than it used to be, but it adequately serves the needs of children and teenagers.”

“I had a return for an online order and the sales lady named Civia assisted me with the return and helped me order an sweater that this location only had in a size that didn't fit me. She also assisted me with purchasing the same sweater in a different color and needless to say I am very pleased. Civia was pleasant and patient. Overall, a wonderful experience and high quality clothing items to boot.”

“Initially the Owner didn’t speak to my Husband and I when we entered into the store, and she gave us an attitude when we asked questions. I was pretty forward with my distaste for her attitude and continued shopping. I began interacting with the owners child who was also in the store, and she became very nice to us after that which changed the whole experience. She became more attentive to our needs, and was very accommodating. She even makes the dresses herself. Ultimately we bought this beautiful dress for a very reasonable price. All in all, I would recommend.”
“While walking into the store I wasnt hopeful for what I would find. But this fine young gentleman (whos name I wasnt able to catch) greeted me with a sample of cologne! This may have been the best damn cologne that has grazed my nostrils… I am very grateful for this gentleman who redirected me to the cologne table where I was able to purchase the “platinum waves” cologne!”

“This place is a hidden gem! I was walking by one day and decided to stop in am so happy I did. The owner Tracy is sweet and attentive and so helpful. Their clothes are all high end and stylish. I'm not big on mall shopping so love the fact it's local and family owned. If you're looking for women dresses, pants, hats, and accessories you need to visit this place. The inventory is always changing with new styles and items so I stop in now periodically and am always impressed with the selection and above all the customer service from the owner.
