So im staying in a hotel 3 miles away and walking here to purchase an item that I needed to fix my bicycle for commuting while my semi is in the shop. The tool kit that I purchased yesterday was missing the main tool out of the package that I needed the most. I walked three miles back to exchange or return the item, but customer service was closed. I was told to come back in the morning. I did just that. I walked three miles again, and now their customer service is closed again. I asked if I could just do a quick exchange for the same item. I was told plainly.....NO! No apologies or anything. I asked if I could speak with a manager who could possibly help me out and was told that they are in a meeting. I asked again, can I speak with a manager to help me please. I was told no again. I guess the customer comes last anymore.

I had to get new tires not sure if everyone knows but walmart has a fabulous tire center that is fast and reasonable..new tires in less than one hour!! just the best Milford Ct

Arrived at 6:46am. Store hours posted as 6am open. Was told service desk not open until 7am....woman stared at me until 7am...horrible service

On 4/25/2024 I went to the Milford CT Walmart to get a tire repaired the woman told me it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours I went shopping passed by a couple of times to look since we had another vehicle we ran other errands came back 3 plus hours later and the vehicle has not even been touched I went to inquire on the status and the gentleman I spoke to said oh it’s still here he said he has two available personnel to handle and will get right to it 30 minutes later that same personnel is still talking and walking around so I requested my keys and with no concerns, care or hesitation at all he just hands the keys over and nothing like we could get it done because the same two personnel standing behind him doing nothing was the one handing him the key. So much for buying tires and warranty at Walmart with this type of EMPLOYEES to care for one's personal safety after the sale.
