The only downside was the wait. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt more welcoming than the Fairfield store.

I went to the store with my two parents. Trevor was absolutely amazing. He was so patient so kind and even went above and beyond to help my mother get back into her Facebook for her new phone, which was extremely important to her. He was very considerate and patient with everything and all the questions we asked if I can leave him 100 stars, I definitely would. He's efficient and the definition of what customer service should be

Kevin, one of the customer service representatives at the Boston Post Rd location in Milford, is ALWAYS so helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I go in and interact with him, whether it be for a new SIM card for my older iPhone or to discuss my options for an upgrade, Kevin always has an answer. His friendly disposition is remarkable. I mentioned all of this to his manager, Ms. Williams, and she said the best way I could honor Kevin would be to write a Google review. Kevin is one of a kind and I told her to never let him go. It is my hope that Kevin gets promoted or extra hours off. He’s a GEM!

I had the pleasure of interacting with a highly knowledgeable and helpful customer support representative. Their level of expertise and assistance was exceptional, making it one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. The location and service provided were top-notch as well. I'm truly impressed by the quality of service I received.

Not helpful at all. Walked in today and one of the employees assumed I needed help with something I had to come in multiple times for and the other employee’s staring at me like I’m a bother like they didn’t wanna work. So when I finally got to a table and sat down with one of them. It was terrible he didn’t wanna help me in no shape or form. Constantly looking the other way and telling me I had to pay upfront instead of giving me solutions like any other Verizon employee. Just very rude and not welcoming. Wouldn’t be going back to this branch. The one in north haven CT is way better and more friendly than this branch. Would’ve gave it a zero star but it’s no option so 1 star is gonna have to do

Went in to get a new phone because my old phone was broken, and I was greeted by Tamara who was super helpful. She was very thorough and helped me score a great deal on a new phone! If I could give her more stars I would. Great customer service :)

Not the first time I've been to the store. This time I've had it. Why bother having a store and personnel, if they're telling you that you need to look up your information to see if you have any deals. He also did not provide any information that could not be found online or with an online rep. I've been to other Verizon stores and they've taken the time. This one should be avoided until they train their people better.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, WHEN I VISIT THE STORE THEY REFUSED TO HELP US. VERIZON ASSOCIATE MICHEAL HE WAS REUSED TO HELP US AND HIS MANAGER TOO. THEY SAID WE ARE CLOSING IN 30 MINUTES BUT STILL I HAVE 3O MINUTES. THEY ARE VERY RUDE, SINCE IT'S A CORPORATE STORE , STIL THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO REACH OUT TO ONLINE TEAM. BUT THEY DIDN'T WANTED TO HELP ME OUT AT ALL, THEY HAD ALL THE ACCESS.

The staff at this location would benefit from more training. They were unable to answer a few simple questions. Fortunately, I was able to get the answers at another location. It would be very helpful in the future to have more consistency in raising the knowledge level of all the employees since this location is convenient and easily accessible.

I walked in to this and was greeted by an associate forget her name but she placed me in the queue told me about 1 hour wait, then Xavier engaged me, and went ahead and helped me with everything. I mean this associate went above and beyond, explained everything showed me everything and being in sales I know the stress it comes with. Wish I can give 10 stars.

Because of work I arrived the Verizon store at SUCH an inconveniently late time, but employees Robert and Ryan were still super gracious and helped me with everything I needed.Ryan literally (quite efficiently) hooked me up with an entirely new phone that he set up for me using iCloud, a new case, AND a new screen protector and was really kind throughout the whole process. He even treated the absolutely busted iPhone X I had been using for years with respect.Even though helping me took a ton of extra time that they could have spent heading home, Robert still offered to take the time to answer any questions I had about my new phone and said I could come back anytime. No one pressured me into buying anything, ever.I had been dreading getting my phone replaced but it ended up being such a positive experience. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and Robert and absolutely trust them to take good care of whoever comes to this Verizon location.
