This Review is WAY Overdue! In Dec. 2023,I brought My Disabled Sister who is a US Navy Vet. to this Store because of a problem with Her Phone.
The Manager referred Us to Tamara. She worked Diligently for at least 35 Mins Troubleshooting My Sister's Phone.After about 10 Mins. My Sister told Her It's Okay, She'll just buy another Phone, but Tamara would Not give Up!!.
She had an Extremely Positive attitude!
The last Step She tried, cleared out My Sister's Phone and got it Running like New.
She was Extremely Kind and Represents Your Company Very Well.!
It's not just a Job to Her, She really cares about Helping others.

Manager lied to me about the increase in bill and deactivated my other phone even though he said it was only 10$ more to add another line stay away from the manager he is a pathological liar

Manager Tai Lebron in Milford, CT is the best! I had issues completing a port in from another carrier, was getting nowhere with anyone until she stepped in and saved the day. Tai was more than patient and understanding of my frustration, I really appreciate you Tai! Your listening AND willingness to assist goes a long way!!! ?

We were in the store today and Sienna worked with us. As retirees we struggle with technology. She was patient and thorough. It took a while to sift through the smartphone options, but she was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needed to visit the Verizon store.

the Milford Verizon took the time with us to fix the neighmare problems that Stratford CT created. Stratford forced a tablet on us that we didn't want. then it was added to our monthly bill at $20. Milford CT saved us by showing how we could fixed the problems caused by Stratford. all is good with the world now...

2016, bought my 1st cell phone here. Customer Service horrendous for an inexperienced senior. Cancelled everthing after a few months, stayed with home phone. 2024. Came back here, nothing changed. Went to AT&T. A+ felt immediately comfortable. Patiently walked me through everything. Yay.... 74yo & finally got a cell phone !(*0*)! Beautiful Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 that looks like vintage compact case, I am so thrilled with it all, but mostly that the store in Orange actually SAW me. Thank you, Gabe.
PS, they were very helpful at T mobile too.

The only downside was the wait. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt more welcoming than the Fairfield store.
