No long wait. Even though there's a line, it moves fast! The staff is very friendly and it's such a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

I gave it one star for couple of reasons first they put 308 building mail over to 300 building and half of the time i don't get my mail and ebay packages because they put it in the other building but the only one who get the mail right is our mailman Bert he make sure we get the right mailand other thing I ordered a candy dish from eBay and the person who i bought it from told me it won't be broken and when i got my package it was already broken

The people that work there are lazy moronic. The list goes don't want to work. Lazy is a nice way of me saying they do nothing. The postmaster has no clue how to do her job and Dave. It's so lazy that he didn't even want a tape a package. The level 0 professional, it astounds me. No wonder they wan to close down Post Office. Do not go to this office if you want any of your stuff delivered correctly.

I'll give a shock because it's 8:39am when it's supposed to be at 8:30am, that's 9 minutes that delays the 10 people who are waiting to be served while you hear the employees laughing... it's a lack of consideration to Older people have to wait...

Awful awful exporenxe here. I am going on vacation and my package was delievered to the post office and I received an email from the company tjay I could go pick it up. I go there and a lady tells me she doesn’t want to short through the packages to find mine- so I don’t have my clothes for my vacation. Terrible service and very disrespectful and does not help customers. I am very mad because I will not have any of my clothes for vacation because of this lady.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST "SUPERVISOR", ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR TOWN RESIDENTS, THEIR MAIL & THEIR TIMEI have lived in Milford for 4 years, and I have historically checked my mailbox once a month. I check my mailbox for the month on May 24, I find pieces of paper that say "Write full name in order to get mail" and another piece stating that "mailbox is full and will be returned in 10 days".I immediately call the USPS Wednesday May 24th in the evening and speak to a kind woman who explains she will get the message immediately to the Milford Postal Service and I will hear from them. On Thursday, May 25th I received a call from Fatima. She assured me she had my mail and I could pick it up on Saturday they are open until 2pm.Saturday I arrive, the clerk cannot find my mail. I then tell her I spoke to a Fatima who assured my mail would be there. She goes to the back and a couple of minutes later returns and tells me there is no mail for me and that Fatima isn't there to ask. I then ask to speak to a supervisor, she says Fatima is the supervisor and they initially said they don't know when she works. I then asked so you don't know when your supervisor works - then she says no she is working but she might be distributing. I left them with my phone number and asked for a call back.I return back to my house and the mail carrier happens to be there. He then tells me he unfortunately did send my mail back and informed his supervisor on Thursday when she asked and he told her to call me back and let me know since there would be no mail to pickup. He informed me that he is new to the route and apologized.Lesson learned I will be checking my mail more often (with the way of the world with AutoPay)HOWEVER, it is Tuesday, May 30th at 11am and I have not received even a courtesy call, apology, etc. She does not know I spoke to the mail carrier who informed me about my mail or that he told her Thursday, the same day I spoke to her. Fatima the "supervisor" clearly needs some basic customer service skills. I can see why the management at this location has a high turnover rate.

The old Indian woman at the front desk is a miserable, unprofessional human. She mocked me and said a loud exaggerated "duhhhh" to a coworker in front of me and my children. I immediately lodged a complaint. I had an appointment to have a passport agent help me, she was roadblocks from the start, even though there was information I was missing, it simply needed to be explained to me. Not a hard "no" and zero help. Left with photos and additional necessary forms, but only because I persisted and requested help from a different person. Some advice: be kind, you never know what someone is going through. Some additional advice: every exchange you have with someone is an opportunity to sprinkle around kindness. The rest of your staff understands this.

If I could give the USPS a negative number, I would. I send an envelope Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery time. It still has not been delivered 7 business days after it was mailed at the post office window. Save your money and slap a $0.60 stamp on the envelope, if you MUST. Even worse, I bring my tax payment and mail it IN the post office. The envelope gets postmarked FOUR business days later, and I get a $60 late payment fee from the city. Don't bother calling the USPS, you will either get excuses (like COVID-19) or be on hold for 45 minutes. I was told that letters are no longer postmarked at the post office. They are postmarked at a central facility within 4 days after you stick it in the wall inside the post office. As for Priority Mail, your letter or package could be sitting in a trailer. It does not leave the "Network Distribution Center" until the trailer is full. AVOID THE USPS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. Overpriced and grossly unreliable.
