They wash very poorly. I had a trailer after fish, they washed it in 30 seconds, naturally very poorly, the floor was not washed and a terrible smell remained, as a result, at the next loading they refused to load it, I had to go to another wash and wash it again

Beware: you go for a wash they do extras you didn’t request and then demand payment. They don’t even dry the vehicle. Awful.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. They are not a discount wash but give excellent service. I had a potato load. They had me alley dock to a dumpster and 3 guys cleaned it out before the wash. Decent human being tip: if it's hot, turn the reefer on cool but not frozen for them before arrival. After, got a washout and truck/trailer regular wash. They hand wash, btw, in similar time frame to Blue Beacon.
Clean out & washout: $225
Tractor & trailer: $105.

This was my first time here. I saw that they had pretty decent reviews and figured I would check them out. NOT IMPRESSED! In fact, it's quite the opposite. They tried to rip me off.... twice and both times I called them out on it. Now they act like they have an attitude. Don't worry, you won't have to see me again.
Us truckers work very, very hard for our money. I'm not about to pay you an extra 40 50 or 60 dollars just because you think you can get away with it..
First, they tried to scam me on the reefer washout, saying they may have to charge 150. I was like 150 why? Then he said was potatoes in there I said yes, but I cleaned them out. There's not a single potato( look at picture), then he said well it'll be an extra 50... So I said, "Why is that?" Then he said it's a detailed wash, and we'll have to go over it twice. But I'll throw in wax for free. I said well, I don't want the wax, and I don't want the double wash. Just wash it out once. Then he mentioned disposal fee. I said disposal of what? There's nothing in there. He said for the potato fluff ( basically has the consistency of fish flakes. Blows around with the wind). So I challenged him on that and said I won't pay extra for that. So he tried to claim they would have to go over it twice but wanted to charge me more than the original price on the second go over? No thanks, then when that didn't work, he tried to claim disposal fee for nothing there? No thanks.
So he wrote me up the ticket I paid and left. Parked up at pilot and looked over the receipt and found that they charged me for aluminum brightener, which I never requested, and he never mentioned to me at time of cash out. I don't even have aluminum wheels!
So I went back and got my money back for that. Blue beacon has their problems, but they never try to sneak charges in or upcharge you. They will stop everything and say we think you need this, do you agree to this? Then, if you say yes, you sign for all the services you agree to before work is done. Won't be visiting and and will not send my two drivers here.

Truck wash was simple and effective. In and out pretty quick. My only issue was the tech on duty assumed the services I needed without even asking thus requiring me to reposition the truck after already getting out to open the trailer. Truck is clean and once inside the sales desk sorted me out and got everything up to shine.

Went to ask if I needed to pay before or after wash and got a nasty response from whoever the hell I talked to. Sorry I even asked I'll go somewhere else
