John and Mesut are the real deal at Superior Motors. These guys are definitely superior in the deals and services that they provide. From the beginning, I was treated with respect, and they were very accommodating to my needs. Not once did I feel pressured or obligated to buy a car from them. They treated me like family, and I couldn't be happier with my new Lexus CT200H. Thanks again guys!!!

John the owner and whole crew are all very helpful. My son was looking for his first car for almost a year we’ve tried dealership after dealership for a high quality used car and approval on financing for my son who is 19. John and crew came through with flying colors, they delivered in all areas and they treated my son great. They explained everything to him and really went the extra mile to make sure his experience was one to remember. Will ne back with my daughter next year. Thank you for your kindness & expertise

Please listen to my advice and stay far far away from this place! The owner and management are completely unethical. Their cars look clean on the outside and are of luxury brands but it is very much of a facade. The dealership owner, told me that the 10 year old Infiniti I bought from them was in the best condition he's ever seen for that particular age and model. Unfortunately, I was in a rush to buy a car so I made a quick impulse decision to buy it that same day. The owner kisses the ground you walk on up until the moment he gets your money into his pocket. Once that happens if you call him with any complaint he will turn from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde, get super angry, gaslight any situation, and has a complete lack of reason/empathy. There was a phone gps holder placed in the middle of the car's dashboard and I didn't think too much of it when I initially purchased it. Shortly after driving away from this dealer I took it off and can see that it was really just a bandaid covering up a 2x1 inch giant hole on my dashboard. I called the owner to let him know and he gaslit me by claiming I ripped it myself and abruptly hung up. This unfortunately costed me a lot of money to fix. They also must've conveniently turned off the check engine light just before I bought the car because 50 miles later on the same exact day I bought it, it turned on. The Infiniti software update I got to turn it off ended up costing me $400. Unfortunately this isn't the end of my "Superior" or should I call "Sketchy Motors" misfortune. Exactly 2 months after I bought this car the exhaust started sounding really loud out of no where, especially when I first start the car. I also was getting an exhaust smell in my cabin. I take a look under my car and the entire exhaust system is VERY BADLY corroded. Much worse than I have ever seen and I grew up in rusty ole CT. There was holes in my exhaust and both catalytic converters. As you know this costs thousands of dollars to get fixed. Keep in mind I just bought this car in the middle of August (this same year). I am writing this, because If I can help anyone from making the same mistake I made it is absolutely worth it. These guys don't see you as a customer...just a dollar sign.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After we had our baby, we went here in search of a larger, reliable family car. “Johnny” pretends to be a good business man but he is flat out terrible. That whole “family” pitch he does is a scam. We found the exact car I wanted and took our newborn for a test ride. The car seemed perfect. Not even a month went by before I realized something was wrong because I had to keep refilling the oil. I brought the car back (under warranty) and Johnny reassured me that his mechanic double checked everything and that the car was fine, just really low on oil. Fast forward to now, five months later, the entire engine needs to be replaced and Johnny tells us there is nothing he can do. Not even so much as an offer to fix it for us. We were repeat customers. This car was paid for in cash. Johnny knew this car had a bad engine and he knew I would be driving my newborn in it. We broke down ON THE HIGHWAY! Absolutely no integrity whatsoever. He lost a loyal customer by being money hungry and unethical. Do not give this man your hard earned money!

This review was prompted by Google based on a web search of used car dealers with a specific car. I didn't actually visit or speak with anyone at the dealership this time but I did a few years ago when they first moved to the Milford CT location and they were great. No fuss, no pressure just wanted to help me out. 5 stars are for my experience of that.

I would highly recommend going with Superior Motor for your next used car! The owner, John, treated us like family and offered great service every step of the way! The prices were unbeatable and the purchasing/registration process was a breeze; the staff at Super Motors handled everything AND the mechanic did a great job preparing the car for me.I have always wanted a Mini Cooper and Superior Motors made that dream a reality! I love my used Mini Cooper I purchased from Superior Motors! I am a proud and loyal customer of their for life!

We could not have been happier with our experience buying a car at Superior Motors. I emailed an inquiry on the car we were interested in on Sunday after they had closed and John answered me immediately. We filled out the credit application Sunday night and by Monday morning we were on the phone with Mesut going over the numbers. We live an hour and a half away and could not get to them until 6pm Monday when they close and they stayed open to accommodate us. We found the perfect car for our daughter and in the process also found the perfect dealership to work with!
