Newly into the market for a new set of irons, and Mario was patient, knowledgeable, and very artfully steered me away from the set I had in mind towards one that was better suited to my game. “I much prefer this REI location to the Norwalk or Bergen locations. Bike shop staff are knowledgeable and kind. Turn-around time for my service was over-night. Technical knowledge of apparel amongst floor staff seems to be lacking, in comparison. Parking is a dream! Covered behind/below and open parking in the front of the store.”
