The buying experience was good. Zac provided a pleasant atmosphere and was very informative! However, from the delivery of the bed and beyond, it has been horrible!!! The delivery guy hurt his knee badly, carrying the frame up our stairs. He fell against our railing, broke one of the spokes and loosened the Bannister attached to the wall. I had to give him a knee brace in order to complete the job. They left rapidly and never adjusted the bed to a height that my husband could get into the bed (he has Parkinsons). We had to wait over a week for them to come back and adjust it...they wanted to wait nearly a month! Then, we reported the damage and were asked to submit an estimate, which we did...after many calls and emails, we have not heard back. Has been over 3 weeks and despite many emails and phone calls, we have not heard anything except a quick email stating that they got the estimate and that we would hear back "shortly". That was on March 13th and it is now the 21st!! We made a very expensive mistake going with a sleep number bad!!!!!

I am furious. I knew buying a Sleep Number was a bad decision but I went against my better judgement and gave it a try in 2020. The bed has had nothing but issues since I bought it. Over 5k on a mattress that Sleep Number will do nothing to help you with. Every person you speak to is horribly rude and doesn’t document anything. You end up spending hours on the phone and get hung up on. The warranty is a joke. IT COVERS NOTHING!!!!! You end up having to pay for everything and all these technicians come out and they will tell you it’s defective but they still won’t replace the bed. My bed is defective. Very single technician has said it’s not leaking, losing air, have holes or chamber issues but it’s just defective. I am not in the battle with Stage IV cancer as a young mother to my son. I just wanted my bed to be in perfect working order so I can be comfortable. That’s why I spent almost $6k on a mattress. I have dealt with nothing but awful customer service representatives and a supervisor that won’t help. In fact the female supervisor I spoke with said Sleep Number will never fix or replace the mattress I might as well buy a new one, then I was hung up on. It says in the warranty if the bed can’t be fixed it will be replaced up to 15 years. So i’m confused why a supervisor would say that. Is this how we treat your customers? Your sick customers? I have stage IV cancer and I’m being expected to try and mess with this mattress and fix it. I’m supposed to spend money to have all these parts bought when it’s not even 4 years old. What’s the point of a 15 year warranty? Sleep Numbers warranty is prorated so they don’t even cover 50 percent of what’s wrong. This is wrong. I shouldn’t have to go through this. No one should, but as a young dying mother I absolutely should not. I just want to enjoy whatever time I have left and be comfortable as I am so sick on my mattress and I was just told I should consider the money I spent wasted as Sleep Number will never do anything to rectify it. I am so disgusted. I am going to post this everywhere. I want everyone to know this is how Sleep Number treats their sick customers who have spent all this money to just rest easy. Even your supervisors are saying it was a waste. Do better Sleep Number. You should be ashamed did yourself.

The crew leader of the delivery staff was a complete inconsiderate person, caused a stressful and hostile environment. I asked the other guys to finish the job with care and tipped them 50$ . Customer service was horrible. Nobody should ever deal with hostile people when we paid lotta money for the bed . Super disappointed with the delivery people they are not patient or professional at all. They ruined our experience with sleep number in Milford store .

We had a pleasant experience. Zac is personable, helped us select the right bed within our budget. The sleep app is easy to use. Delivery field team Delroy and Rockson arrived on time, were knowledgeable and fast. Great service, quality product!

Our sales person Eric was a rockstar! No pressure whatsoever, suggested things, steered me clear of other things that wouldn't work for me, offered me great financing. He should definitely get a big pat on the back.

we purchased a sleep number bed in january 2023, we love the bed however, i didn’t love my pillows so i chose to go to the store for exchange, also i ordered a set of sheets online that were “ on sale” for 155$ and i got them and decided to upgrade to the liocel set which are more money but it’s ok . so i brought them into the store in wednesday feb 22 and our sales guy , eric said it was just an exchange which wasn’t correct and i was aware of that so then he said we can ship them to you it will be “ a couple of days” which has been 7 days as of today! he needs to k what he is talking about .. then he said i couldn’t exchange the pillows because they were the free ones when we purchased the bed.. as far we were told in january it was buy one get one free so he made a big deal about that .. turned out the manager chris came in and he made it right for us which we are grateful ..another thing we weren’t happy about is eric said oh the sheets are a difference in price around 100$ so it came time to complete everything and he says oh it’s 122$ and some change.. ok which is it?? be more accurate and know your stuff before you deal with customers that spent well over 8,000 … not impressed with his service! chris , he did the right thing thank you !!

I purchased a sleep number in 2016. In 2020 the left sag started to really sag and the corners were all going in. I called in May 2022 and was told the warrantee was pro rated so I had to purchase what they said was the problem a foam topper for inside the mattress. I did and paid 250 for it. That did not work and eventually I called again. In september I called and told them that it was still very saggy and corners were all going down and he sent me an air chamber and said if that doesnt work I would have to call back and get the pillow top mattress part. The top of the bed. He explained only 45% would be covered under warrantee and I was ok with that. Well in November I called the number back very upset because my daughter just died. She was only 30. I told the girl I was calling to replace the pillow top part and on top of everything my dog chewed a part of it while the police were in my house to tell us the news. She then told me that now that I told her about the dog the entire warrantee was now voided i would need to pay full price. I explained that i could not afford that and this has been an on going issue if she would just read the notes. She said she didnt care because the dog voids the warantee. Not very sympathetic. I called back and spoke to a manger and she said sorry because I told her about the dog it was not covered. SHe said she would give me 20% off. that is not fair.... I should have 45% off because this was ongoing. I was just telling the truth. the little bite mark on the side is not hurting my back... the sagging is.I called after my review and a manager named Chelsea was great. she gave me the topper at my warranty amount. She was very kind and made me feel differently. too bad she didn't answer in the beginning.

Sorry Sleep #, but as a teacher, I have to give you an F-. I ordered a bed in mid July. It was supposed to be delivered on Aug 31 (7 weeks), but the truck broke down. So they rescheduled for 9/11. When we complained they told us we would have it on 9/2. But, we received a call on 9/2 saying our bed was sent back to the warehouse. Now our new delivery date was moved to 9/7. 30 minutes later I get a text saying 9/18. When we told them that date wouldn't work, we were told the earliest date would be in October. So we cancelled the order. 3 months for a mattress is too long. Especially when you're paying that much money.

My fiancé and I walked in and didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service that was provided to us through one of their sales associates, Patsy. She was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so personable and made our entire process more comfortable and trustworthy. We loved the fact that she’s been with the company for over 17 years, so she was truly able to answer every question we had and compare to past products as well. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience with her. If you happen to go there, ask for her!
