Harry was once Shoprites National Sustainable Director. I'm not sure if he still is.
He did an amazing job of reducing energy use and saving money. He walked the talk. He's a born leader.
He generously took the time out to teach me how to better communicate with businesses. I was a better sustainability advocate thanks to Harry's generosity and patience. Harry exemplifies the meaning of community spirit! Thanks Harry!

I was here a couple of days ago doing some Instacart shopping and received the most excellent service from an employee named Shane. He helped me complete my order and went above and beyond in getting me the correct items and helping me find the best quality for the Instacart order I was fulfilling. Had never been to this location but will definitely be returning. Super clean and organized as well.

I have used the delivery system for a little bit now always gotten everything exactly the way I want. They send me substitutes if I want them or not. the last two times I’ve ordered I get a individual chicken rice broccoli whatever it may be individual dinners for myself the last two times they have not delivered. Those gave me a different option and I put the order in like five hours before, so it was plenty of time to make some . Nobody asked me about for substitution nobody told me they weren’t available. They just showed up my door again without them very upset customer with this. Now I actually have to go to the store, which is the whole point of this to get my dinners. I wasted $12.95 !!!

Kaitlyn in the bakery shop is fantastic! Her cakes are beautiful and the staff and the bait shop. There are wonderful as well. She did a beautiful? job with my daughter’s mermaid theme cake. It was delicious and I will definitely be returning customer. ?

Hatred for this store is next level. How on earth are you a store this size and of this caliber, yet you do not have an electronic ordering machine in your deli ? How does the shoprite in fairfield, 1/3 the size, way older, way less money behind it, and more rustic have a machine to place a deli order and this establishment doesn’t? This is 2024. we are way past the days where you grab a piece of paper and wait over the counter for 30 minutes like a god damn goof ball with your hands in their pants, waiting like an obedient dog. This isn’t an amusement park line. People have places to be. If the deli cannot handle it, then just say that. At least own up to your sub-par establishment and outdated practices.

I hope the managers of this location appreciate Jessie’s work at the deli section. It doesn’t matter how busy he could be, always very polite, and smiling to the costumers. His professionalism and service is admirable. The other staff is also very friendly and professional, I come twice a week. Jessie is fantastic.

These people are horrible they had security run up on my daughter basically saying she was stealing when she’s a instacart shopper and had an issue so she had to step away with her carriage and call support to figure things out but then security ran up on her and took her carriage

The shopping experience at this store is PHENOMENAL whether it is crowded or not. The place is always clean and the employees are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you for the fresh food, well stocked shelves and extraordinary customer service.

This is a very busy shoprite big plaza and a lot plazas in the area. Easy on and off the I95.
