I love that I can leave my pup Shiloh there and not worry about her. She's not in a crate all day, nor is she stuck inside a cage like a small compartment inside!!!! She's outdoors and playing with other dogs, and then she goes inside to cool off and maybe catch a nap with other dogs, too. I love SCRATCH N' SNIFF LLC

Erica was the absolute best !!! She came to my rescue at the last minute and provided such good care to my kitty. I was able to go away on vacation and feel 100% secure that everything was taken care of. She sent me texts and pictures of my cat during the week. 10/10 highly recommend and I will be referring her to all my family and friends. Don’t even look at the rest … go with the BEST ?

This was the first time we ever left the care of our 3 cats to a “stranger”. Erica came over, met all of us, took notes, and was friendly, yet professional. Two of our cats require medication, one of which is medicated every 12 hours and is clever at hiding. This was no problem for Erica! Erica was great at keeping in touch with me over the week sending photos & updates. She also responded quickly to my texts with questions & changes. Upon return our home felt normal, as if we never left. Although there was some grumbling amongst the felines inquiring as to what I did with Erica! Cats! ?

I am so happy I found Erica to watch my four kitties while I was traveling. I used to rely on family and friends to help out, but that turned sour. She came when she was supposed to and fed and cleaned the litter boxes (can you imagine 4 cats in a house for 9 days - lol). I was thrilled to come home to a clean home and happy cats. Erica was excellent in caring for my Pit mix, Layla. She was also amazing at helping me out for a last minute trip out of town for a friend's birthday. I would recommend her to anyone looking for pet care!

Erica is amazing and I’m so glad I found her! She takes such good care of our boy Baxter. We have had Bax there for day care and more recently for overnights and for the first time I am not worried about him while we are away! She posts pics and sends updates which we love and he gets so excited when we pull down the street. That is the ultimate test and compliment in my eyes. He truly loves being there. We would definitely recommend Erica and we are already repeat customers. There is no one else I trust to watch our boy more than her!!

I'm so happy that we used Scratch 'N Sniff while we went away on vacation. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and taking him with us wasn't an option for this trip. Erica was super accommodating. She was able to make visits to our house so Rocky would be comfortable in his normal environment. She was able to give him his medication, which typically is difficult with him. We were given frequent updates and pictures to make sure we were at ease and knew he was doing well. She even brought in our mail and watered our flowers for us. We will definitely be using this pet service for any trips we take in the future.

Erica watched our 15 year old cat named Beatrice for 8 days at our house. Beatrice is deaf. Erica took extra care to make sure to find Beatrice in order to let her know her dinner was being prepared. Erica did everything we requested perfectly and Beatrice was very well cared for. We would highly recommend Erica to cat sit because she truly cares about the cats she is caring for. We will use Erica anytime we go away. Obviously, we love Erica!!!

Scratch N Sniff Pet Care is amazing. The team is reliable, caring, and trust-worthy. You can just tell how much they love pets. Erica and Alex are amazing with our dog. They run their business with the utmost professionalism and I always feel like I know whats going on with my dog even when I'm not around. I couldn’t recommend this business enough!

Erica came to our home to help us with training our 9 month old German Shepherd puppy. She is very knowledgeable and immediately got our puppy to respond to her commands. She gave us a lot of positive feedback and great training tips that were easy to implement on our own. You can tell she really loves what she does. Thanks Erica!

I had never been away from my bichon, Wyeth, for an extended period of time, but Erica made it easy. Erica went above and beyond to make sure that Wyeth was well taken care of - I loved the fact she sent photos and texts to me while I was away. She is now part of Wyeth's circle and will definitely have her take care of him again when needed! She is the best!

Erica took great care of our Frenchton, Zoey. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with her for a week. We loved the text message updates and pictures during our vacation so we knew she was being cared for. We highly recommend!
